Front desk staff were attentive and helpful. It could use better soundproof for the windows.

Liyi is a simple hotel, for solo traveller. Location is perfect which is near to Foodie (20mins walk to LongYan Lu) and clubbing places (5mins on the right) Since is a simple hotel, don’t  expect too much facilities. It has a very nice massage place on the 2nd floor. Previously used to use agoda, but this time use Trip.com. Make a booking on 26Oct for 27Oct-4Nov and realised made a mistake. Cancelled by mistake and realised there was a cancellation fees of 13%, amount 700CNY. Agoda claimed that the hotel refused the refund, but the money was collected by agoda instead. They lied again and again, keep pushing the blame to the hotel. Integrity is an issue. No trust anymore. As such, start using Trip.com. In addition, trip.com give higher rewards.

Small hotel, very helpful front office staff, give go direction for local food option

Hotel location is good. But the toilet and bathroom is horrible, there is no divider and once you use the bathroom, the whole bathroom is wet and slippery

Staff friendly and accommodating. Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. Cleanliness below average but it's due to the age of the hotel rather than staff effort. Staff kind enough to offer free breakfast at mcdonald's /KFC next door.

Toilet and bathroom are together and it’s not convenient when you travel in two people. Cleanness is poor since we found old trash on the floor. Location is good since it’s closed to bar and restaurants.

The location is very good with surroundings of some restaurants and shopping centre, but the room itself is not really clean and the amenities are poor. But the staff attitude is very good. Need improvement on room cleanliness and also the placement of shower room and water closet together is not convinience at all because the toilet floor constantly wet after shower.

Budget price but more than budget experience.

The location is good, close to the airport bus station. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The toilet and shower are placed together, which is awkward. When showering, the bathroom is very wet and easy to slip. There was a little incident during the check-in process, but the hotel handled it in time. I am quite satisfied. I hope to strengthen management and keep a good hygiene in the future. Shantou is currently a popular tourist city, but the traffic problem cannot keep up. It is difficult to get a taxi and it is not very convenient to travel. The night view of the small park is beautiful at night.

Parking problem, we used the parking lot of a small shopping mall. If it was full, you had to wait for others to drive away before you could enter. The road was very small, which would cause traffic jams. The room was poorly soundproofed, and there were air conditioners outside the window, which was very noisy.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, 1 km away from Vientiane City. There are many restaurants at the door, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is a large free parking lot. The room is clean, but it is relatively old, the hardware equipment is slightly worse, the bathroom drainage is not smooth, and it is easy to accumulate water. There are more varieties of breakfast.

Overall it was pretty good. The room was much better than I expected, spacious and separated into wet and dry areas. The breakfast was also delicious. I booked a room without windows but it looked the same as a room with windows at first glance. The front desk lady was also very friendly. There is also free parking, which is very important. Children who travel by car can sleep peacefully without worrying about their cars.
