Shantou Hotels with Gym

The impression was we booked 4 rooms and we got all on the same floor, adjacent to one another. The twin room bed was 4 ft size - loved it. The location was perfect, close to two shopping malls and lots of restaurants nearby. The gym and swimming pool were great too. The minus was only the air conditioner was not sufficiently cool in some of our rooms, and it couldn't go colder even we adjusted the lowest temperature.

Hotel is good with the location around 40min from downtown. Room was clean and spacious, we really liked it. Its very clean with decent breakfast. Amenities are bit outdated, like swimming pool. There are many outside guests using hotel's resources... The last thing to mention is the staff which was really great, from guards, front office, housekeeping or waiters everyone was very kind and trying to make your stay great...

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀

Good 5 star hotel close to the railway station. The restaurant is not the best. The massage service is good.

Hotel very near to big shopping malls. Hotel service is good and friendly. Provide connecting room for family, easily to handle kids.

We booked three rooms at Holiday Inn Express at ShanTou center. Due to change in flight schedule, four of my family members could only arrive after midnight. We requested the hotel to reserve the rooms at higher floor with quiet location so that we can rest. Mr. Vincy Li at the reservation department is very kind and considerate. He responded to our request immediately. His kindness made our stay a pleasant trip. The staff Mr. 陈荣森 is a polite young man. The aunty serving the Noodle Soup at the breakfast counter is very considerate. Each time, she will never fail to remind us to bring the bowl with care. Hope there will be two coffee maker machines as there are always long queue at the counter.

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel room is spacious and clean. If you want to stay in non smoking room, can request for floor# 15. The only slightly bad point their breakfast. They were serving the same variety throughout my 5 nights days which was kind of boring for me.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it has been pleasant indeed. The staff at the reception desk, Daisy, Rita, Ivy and Ella were very helpful. The bell boy, Wesley Xie was exceptional as he paid first for our Didi taxi ride out of his own electronic purse without pressing or reminding us to reimburse him. The front desk manager, without disclosing his name went out of his way to exchange hkd200 for us, using his own Rmb cash on our day of departure. This saved us the trouble for going to the Bank of China for Forex Exchange. Overall, this hotel 's staff served us with the attitude: Customer is the king.

Because of the traffic jam, we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm. The receptionist and the young man were very enthusiastic. Knowing that we brought children, they upgraded to a 90㎡ suite and gave the children breakfast for two nights. The suite is located in the East Building (new building). When booking the room, I noticed that the hotel has been open for a certain number of years and was worried that the facilities were old, but when I got to the room, I found that the facilities were very new and fashionable, which was a surprise. Facilities: The facilities in the room are very new, and the elevator corridors are brand new Hygiene: Star hotel, the hygiene is very good, which is why I chose here. When traveling with children, hygiene is really the primary consideration Environment: The environment is very good, the hotel's supporting restaurant breakfast is also very good, the sound insulation is very good, and there is no noise problem during the two nights Service: The reception staff and the restaurant staff are very attentive. When I meet the hotel staff on the road, they will also greet the guests. The experience is really good~ Next time I come to Shantou, I will continue to choose here😋
