Pros: Helpful owner which even drop us off at station and allow us to leave luggage at his other inn. Left stuff behind and they help to courier it to us. Herbal footpath soak was provided, including one time use plastic for the tub. Cute room, exactly same as trip photos. Could be cons for ppl who are afraid of dogs but the dogs were super friendly and cute, that came running to gate to welcome us. Help to heat up food that we brought. Breakfast was good. Cons Location whereby you need a car to get to. Only two restaurants deliver food there. And if you want order dinner from them, have to inform in advance. Wasn’t aware and did not order in advance but they had kindly allow to order hotpot (which honestly was abit pricey). So please prepare food before heading there. Will definitely go again if I were to go Shangrila as the only con was the location which is already stated on the listing.

What an absolute beautiful please, everything was amazing from the room to the view. Peaceful and quiet. Yang was super friendly and so helpful. I loved my stay here and will definitely be back!

We had a delicious sour soup pig's trotter hot pot, and the three dogs were also very cute! You can lie in the sun during the day and watch the stars at night! ! !

The overall feeling is very good. You can see the starry sky at night, and the children are very happy; you can see the sunrise in the morning, and the winter scenery is also beautiful. The breakfast is rich, the barley cake is delicious, and the mixed noodles taste good.

The service is very attentive and the breakfast is delicious. Living here feels like being in a paradise, and watching the sunrise in bed is very healing.

This is the first time I stayed in such a satisfactory room when I came to Shangri-La. The facilities in the room are also very new and advanced. The hair dryer is a Dyson one, and there is floor heating. I didn't want to leave the room once I entered it. Hahaha. I stayed for another day after I originally stayed for one day.

I actually came across the Fairy Hotel. I just thought it was a starting point for my dog ​​to run, but it turned out to be a surprise! !
