酒店有接送機場/高鐵服務，工作人員服務熱情，衞生乾淨，位置也很好，附近吃飯的地方也很多 ，晚上睡覺安靜，設施都很齊全，出差旅行入住都很合適

這裏的工作人員非常熱情，我們是春節期間去的，工作人員都有給小朋友準備禮物，水果也很新鮮，我們出去吃飯回來，地暖都給開好，早餐也很豐富，下次去還首選這裏。

服務：非常好哦 就是員工交接班的時候訊息會有差異，會感覺體驗沒有那麼順暢。但是整體很不錯，會很熱情的推薦旅遊景點，還送了明信片，非常有意義

環境真的超級好，服務態度也超級棒！前幾天都是住在古城，住在古城的客棧大部分衹有空調，冬天又冷，後面幾天果斷選擇住在了古城外，選擇了這家，圖片與實物符合，有地暖，有入住水果，有高鐵站接送，大廳有很多零食，泡茶水的地方還很貼心的放了各種花茶紅糖等，貼心極了。如果不是非要體驗古城客棧的感覺，強烈推薦，安靜舒適，性價比高，服務態度很好。

工作人員超級nice，很熱情，每天有水果送，見到我們捧着一束鮮花主動提供花瓶，看雪山下午兩點多才退房也沒有收取費用。
總之服務非常周到！性價比非常高！（推薦推薦，真的不是店家讓寫的好評，第一次特地記下來主動給酒店好評！）

房間非常大，第二次來香格里拉了嘗試着在平台找了一家帶接送站的酒店，酒店有自己的接駁車下了高鐵司機就在停車場等着我們了，辦完入住就送了歡迎水果，還給了兩套小朋友專用的洗浴用品。因為香格里拉的海拔高房間地暖開的特別足，晚上睡的也很舒服。大廳的各種茶水小食24小時都有供應非常貼心。強烈推薦！
設施：地暖很足、洗浴舒服、標間的床是1.35米寬敞。
環境：算的上這個價位的天花板了
