Had such an amazing stay at this hotel! All of the staffs were very friendly and hospitable. It made us feel super welcoming staying here. Bonus, it’s walkable distance from the Dukezong Ancient City. Room was well kept and everything you need is provided. Oxygen supply has been a great help to prevent us from the altitude sickness. The hotel even arranged pick up and drop off, which was such a great gesture! Breakfast was delicious, with quite a number of side dishes.

Highly recommended! Everything matches the pictures. The room smells pleasant and is always clean. Their services are excellent. Free pickup from the train station and within walking distance to the Golden Bell. We had a wonderful stay at this guest house! The boss and lady boss were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even gave us a thoughtful gift when we checked out, which was such a lovely gesture. We really appreciated the free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station — it made our arrival and departure so convenient. The floor warmer and oxygen supply were absolute lifesavers in the cold weather and high altitude; we were so grateful for that extra comfort. One of the most heartwarming parts of our stay was how well they took care of my friend after she injured her knee. Their genuine concern and help meant a lot to us. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area — not just for the facilities, but for the warmth and care of the hosts.

Very good service and hotel new and good

Excellent services provided by bosses and staff. Always there to welcome guests back at the door step. Breakfast is excellent and snacks are provided for every day of our stay. Assisted us with our laundry as well and the lady boss also offered to drive us to the day tour pick-up point nearby. Very detailed in explaining the facilities in the room. Thank you so much for your parting gift too. Strongly recommended accommodation.

The hotel has a perfect location and a beautiful, thoughtful design. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety to choose from. I stayed with my kids, and we really appreciated the family-friendly room – it was well equipped and even had toys, which was a lovely touch. What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. The owner was often present and personally made sure everything went smoothly for us – always ready to help with anything we needed. Honestly, I would return to this hotel just for the amazing people who work there. Highly recommended!

The room is big and as seen in the picture. The hotel staff took very good care of us. Every level of service was very impressive. They helped us pick up and drop off at the airport and train station very well. Highly recommended. Anyone looking for a quiet, clean, modern place to stay near tourist attractions must stay at this hotel.

Everything is as described on Trip.com. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We came with our elderly parents and they were so thoughtful. We got lost in the old town and they helped picking our mum up on a scooter since her legs are not so good for walking long distances. Definitely would recommend this place. Location is not too bad if you like walking. There were some constructions happening nearby during our stay.

This place is beyond our expectation. Our room has balcony facing nice view of the old town symbol. First impression, they offer free pick up from bus station when we got back from Feilaisi. Before that we chatted via Wechat and the staff was so attentive to reply and give info to us. On the day we arrive the hotel, they welcome us with fruit, tea, and Yunnan noodle, which we think it's the best noodle for us in this trip. When we get into the room, the staff is so kind to recommend how to use many things inside the room. Even she cannot speak English very well but she can use the translator on her cell phone efficiently. We have no problem about communication with her. second impression, one evening we got back to hotel and didn't have dinner yet so we asked staff if they can prepare Yunnan noodle for us or not and we gonna pay because we received the welcome noodle since afternoon. They served us with the noodle and didn't charge us at all. Third impression, we checked out in the next morning to catch the flight. The hotel prepared the airport drop off for us and four staffs stood in line at the car to thank and wish us luck. This is so touching. Super hospitality we received from the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Shangri-La.

This is easily the best hotel that we have ever stayed at. It is homey and clean, facilities are new and advanced, and service is top-notched. The shower was luxurious with temperature setting and high water pressure. Afternoon tea (waffles with seasonal fruits and fresh orange juice) was served everyday during our stay, even if we got back late. The staff were attentive, and welcomed us at the door every time we got back to the hotel. It was such a comfortable stay that we were quite reluctant to leave on our last day. Definitely a hotel we will highly recommend!
