This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

A truly nice and wonderful hotel with staff that are considerate and helpful. Only issue I can say I had was the bathtub plug allowing for water to drain away. A hotel I will be happy to stay at again in future visits to Shangrao.

The hotel environment is very good. The rooms were very tight that day, but the front desk actively adjusted and helped me find four rooms. The service was very efficient. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. It is worth staying!

The hotel is new, the lobby is very high, spacious and bright, the decoration style is magnificent, and there is a large teahouse next to it. The room is also very clean and sanitary, the facilities are reasonably laid out, and a small plate of welcome fruit is given. The three-piece washbasin set is not disposable, and it is a bit regrettable that there is no smart toilet. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety, basically everything that should be there, and the waiters can actively respond to guests' requests, but the structure between the breakfast area and the lobby is semi-enclosed (see Figure 13). Because there are not many guests dining, the central air conditioning is not fully turned on. At first, I went to eat breakfast in a base sweater, but it was too cold to bear halfway through, so I went back to the room and put on a bathrobe to continue eating. Overall, the price-performance ratio is still good.

The service at this B&B is really great. The housekeeper Xiaohan was very considerate. He added WeChat one day in advance, told us the time, helped us with directions, and carried our luggage. It is also very efficient. The design of the homestay is very unique and the environment is very comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything was very smooth and seamless, a perfect experience.

I stayed in the hotel on a business trip, and the environment and experience were beyond my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the color scheme looked very comfortable. The customer service supervisor Zheng Dequan contacted the customer in advance to confirm the room. If there are any questions during the period, you can consult. The local specialty-Guangfeng honey pomelo was also given when you check in. Overall, it is a very good hotel, highly recommended, and I will choose it next time I come to Shangrao for tourism.

It's a nice hotel with a nice big balcony and nice rooms. Breakfast tasted great too. Let's start with the shortcomings. The breakfast environment can be improved. For example, the tables and chairs are changed to double tables instead of round countertops, and the lighting is dim. I forgot my room card at the dining table, and the front desk asked me to go back and get it myself. If I didn't have it, I would be fined. (The result was delivered after I called the restaurant at my request) The front desk's request was reasonable. After all, it was the guest's own problem. But such a cold reply shows that humans are worthless, and robots can be used to replace humans.
