During my stay at your hotel, I suddenly fainted due to severe hypoglycemia in the room. Thanks to your professional and efficient emergency treatment and humane care, I was able to turn danger into safety. Special thanks to the front desk team for their quick response after discovering the abnormality, rushing to the room for rescue and escorting me to the hospital for emergency treatment. According to the doctor's feedback, it was this ”golden 15 minutes” of medical treatment speed that avoided the risk of coma caused by hypoglycemia. What's more touching is that when I returned to the room after being discharged from the hospital, I found that fruits, chocolates, biscuits and handwritten warm reminder cards were placed on the table. This meticulous care made me feel warm. As emphasized in the medical advice that ”carrying high-sugar food with you is an important protective measure for patients with hypoglycemia”, your measures fully reflect the importance of guests' health. The room is big enough to accommodate two suitcases. There is a writing desk and plenty of charging ports. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is plenty of drinks and water. It is near the pedestrian street and there are many food options within walking distance. Disadvantages: The bathroom has a strong odor, but fortunately it did not spread to the bedroom. The hotel said there were no vacancies to change rooms, so they could only give me some aromatherapy and kept the exhaust fan on. The elevator is super small and it was almost full after two suitcases went in. The room is not well soundproofed. Whether someone is making noise in the corridor or playing music outside the window in the morning, you can hear it very clearly.

The overall environment of the hotel is relatively good, quiet and clean. The newly renovated hotel is comfortable to stay in. The breakfast variety is also relatively rich, and the coffee is the best tasting among the hotels we have stayed in during this trip. The service attitude is also relatively good, and they actively recommend us to apply for membership. 😂
