Hotel service is OK. But as a five-star hotel, is it really good for you to give customers such rotten fruit? Overall a fairly decent hotel. Very local oriented, no international foods. Be prepared to be conversant in mandarin. But the service staff are very helpful and attentive. If you ended up staying here, you’re most likely either on a group tour or for business as an overseas travel. It’s close proximity to some local shops and food so still not too secluded, even though they are situated at the newer area of town. If I come back for business, I will consider to stay here once more. Only issue was the fitness centre was closed. They should rectify it asap, as it was rather disappointing not to have the chance to use it. The covenience mini store located at the lobby is a bit helpful for any simple basic things needed.

The front desk greeted us as soon as we met them. Overall, it was good, but the flowers were so good that it lowered the grade. I didn't even want to use them. It felt like an old hotel from the 80s. The phone didn't work and I couldn't call the front desk. I had to call the phone three times before I got through.

The room is clean and very good, and there are free small cold drinks at the front desk.

The service is enthusiastic, the price is affordable, the rooms are tidy, clean, and the facilities are in good condition. It is suitable for Shiyou to stay in. I will choose to stay there next time.

The room was very clean and the front desk service was very good. I didn’t bring my ID at night and I was very patient to help find the electronic ID card. The experience was very good. The breakfast was good. I will stay in Shangqiu next time.

Hotel location is good, about ten minutes drive from the ancient city, parking is convenient 👍.
