Hi hotel is very clean and tidy, I love this hotel and live frequently. This time no window but service good. Will choose again!

Staff were prompt and kind to talk to. One of the big concerns is they barely speak English- but Google Translate is a big help. The breakfast buffet was actually good, and you could see that it's food is newly cooked (not reheated). Hotel is near a "mini" mall, which has Aldi (supermarket), Starbucks, NaiXue (milk tea place), and some other restaurants nearby. Is also accessible to MTR. One concern is the hallways smell of cigarettes, but overall it was a nice experience.
