The experience was really bad. The hotel introduction on the Ctrip platform said that parking was free, but when I got there, they said there were no parking spaces and I had to park at my own expense for 40 yuan. This made me very angry. Even if I had to pay, I should have bought it at the hotel. It was not easy to change hotels temporarily, so I still bought 40 yuan. It was not yet 6 o'clock in the morning, and they called to move the car. 🤬🤬🤬 instantly exploded. This was not over yet. I moved the car as required. At around 7 o'clock, the hotel notified again that the car had to be moved again in half an hour. 🤯🤯🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, I dozed off for half an hour, and the phone rang again... I didn't sleep for several hours that night, I was really collapsed, and I wanted to curse; it was useless to talk to anyone, the hotel front desk said it was just a front desk and couldn't do anything; the security guard said it was 40 yuan and he could park as he pleased, this service was really amazing...

The bed sheets in the room are as shown in the picture. Although the manager gave me some remedies, I found lumps on my arms when I got home. I hope the hotel can give an explanation and reserve the right to make further complaints.

I booked a few rooms for guests who came to my home. The front desk was very busy, but they were not impatient at all when dealing with the problem. They were considerate of the customers, which is worthy of praise👍 and it is very close to the Hongkou Football Stadium, so it is convenient to travel.

Convenient parking, delicious breakfast, very satisfied with the room arrangement, the bed is very soft and comfortable, it is very convenient to get off at People's Square on Metro Line 8 at the Bund Station, highly recommended, very cost-effective

After searching, I found that the hotel is a good value hotel with breakfast included. It is clean, quiet and a little small. It is not far from the subway station. You can reach the subway entrance in 5 minutes by scanning a bicycle. Overall, it is OK.

When I first checked in, the hygiene was average. Later I told the front desk lady and she upgraded our room for free. However, I felt that it was the same room. There were a lot of hairs on the sheets.
