Very peaceful property, the onsen was great. However, the corridor were quite rundown. More maintenance is needed. Right opposite factory outlet, really good. Staff was unwilling to provide shuttle service from Disneyland for me as I did not have a local China number. Disappointing

Perfect onsen hotel. Could have been better if the onsen opens earlier like 6am which is usual practices in japan. And onsen temperature should be higher. As for breakfast, selection is a lot but not so appetizing. Can do better.

Both interior and exterior of the hotel is superb! Breakfast choices was excellent. Love the onsen too!

My stay at the Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel was a unique blend of modern Japanese style and traditional onsen experience. The hotel's architecture and interior design were sleek and contemporary, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. However, I was disappointed to find that the hot spring was not available for couple usage, which was a major draw for me. Despite being renovated in 2021, some fixtures and soft furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, which detracted from the overall experience. On the plus side, the hotel's location was convenient for visiting Shanghai Disney Land and Shanghai Village, which offered a range of international brands for shopping. Overall, I would recommend the Hyakumangoku Onsen Hotel for its modern take on traditional Japanese hospitality, but with the caveat that some areas may need further attention to detail.

Great location - one crosswalk away from bicester shopping village and 15 min walk to Disney resort station. The spa is nice too.

Great experience with quality room , tasty food in the hotel restaurant and fantastic Spa! Very friendly hotel staff took great care of us making the stay so much nicer ! Very clean and modern spa with 4 different pools , sauna and massage options. Next door outlet center with walking distance add up to the experience ! Great value for money

Brought my parents (in their 60s) and my daughter (below 10) to this hotel in June 2024, before the hot summer, we stayed for 3 days 2 nights. It provides bus shuttle service to Shanghai Disneyland. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the rooms we stayed were spacious. It has the Japanese zen vibe 💯 that brings comfort and peace to your sanity 🧘🏻♀️. The onsen amenities have 3 pools - 2 outdoor (40°c), 1 indoor (37°c-38°c). I don’t mind booking this hotel again if im travelling to Shanghai Disneyland next time!

Hotel is clean but counter staff service so-so only. Location is quiet, but got no places to buy amenities after 9pm, not even beers.

Jenny is very helpful and she give good advice and she is very informative. I give her a full stars service. Please find her if you have doubt or question.

Very big hotel with friendly staffs to send you to the room by EV shuttle. Close to Disneyland only two bus stops away, and offers free transport to the park every morning.

Real japanese onsen facilities, kids loved it. Next to factory outlet and very close to Disneyland

This hotel is very perfect for healing or escape from big cities :) love the onsen and the outlet just the opposite from hotel The only downside is the hotel very localized ( for those who cant speak mandarin u might ve found bit difficulty to communicate with all the staffs even hotel manager ) The wifi only can be used if you have china sim card or number
