Fantastic hotel! Everything was handled perfectly by the excellent staff. Rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The onsen is also very spacious and clean. The value adds (honey buffet, hot drinks，late night desert and snacks) are a very welcome bonus. Pity that I couldn't book dinner.

Such a beautiful hotel in a wonderful mesmerizing location of Jozankei. The view from the hotel is amazing as the property is surrounded by the serene stream and snow covered wonderland. The onsen was very clean and the private onsen was cozy and intimate.

Recommend.. Room is very big ..nice place to stay ..lucky include the dinner .because I think it’s quite hard to find the restaurant around hotel

Omg the service is so good ! You should book the room with Dinner and breakfast as you cannot eat outside during winter. Just snowing in Sapporo. I can enjoy the beautiful view in here .

Love the scenery. Great hotel for a night rest as it was quite and relax. Love the kiseki dinner and breakfast but need to be aware that there are no lunch option within the hotel. Thats a convenient store opposite
