khách sạn sạch sẽ phòng ok nhưng hơi xa tàu điện ngầm line 10 mình di chuyển bằng tàu nên mỗi lần di chuyển từ ksan ra tàu đều phải đi xe đạp. nếu các bạn muốn đi chơi khu trung tâm thì nên chọn ksan ở các ga tàu line 2 nhé. vì các khu nổi tiếng ở TH đều ở line 2.

Checked in early, provided storage of things when leaving, very attentive, told how to get to the station, returned forgotten things. The hotel is located near the metro, embankment and pedestrian. Corresponds to the price.

The staffs, Huang and Wong are really nice and helpful. They’re very patient with me using Google translator and helping with the directions and calling a taxi.
Good location. 7-10 min walk to Metro stations.
WiFi does not work with non-Chinese phone number however 😢

Location is about 30 mins walking distance from Nanjing Road. Nearby is the Tiantong Metro station which is about 10 mins of walking distance.
Hotel is clean but the cupboard is old.
The front desk staff Ms Chen is very helpful with my Taobao delivery. We initially booked another apartment but Trip.com informed us that the apartment was cancelled one day before! Hence, the kind Ms Chen helped me called up the 3 sellers asking to direct my delivery to Yuhang hotel. Thanks to her, my deliveries all arrived before I left Shanghai.
I highly recommend Ms Chen for her work commitments and she went beyond her duties to help tourists like me feel right at home!
