JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai Oriental Beauty Valley is a rare low-key luxury resort of Marriott International. Inspired by J.Willard Marriott's attitude towards life, JW Marriott takes good care of guests, allowing them to rejuvenate their body and mind from the inside out. As the highlight of the hotel, the urban oasis and the natural scenery of Jinhai Lake, together with JW Marriott's own low-key luxury and restrained brand personality, have created a comfortable experience for guests at this hotel. The mature and stable decoration and the crystal columns with bubbles not only adhere to the core of the brand design, but also maintain the characteristics of its own hotel. The reception on the G floor of the hotel is the concierge and front desk. The hotel has 3 floors of guest rooms. The lobby lounge, the fitness center with a swimming pool and SPA, the JW kitchen (Western restaurant), the Yanxuan Chinese restaurant, and the dessert shop are all located on the G floor. The public area is very large, and the 3rd floor is the executive lounge and guest rooms. This time I stayed in the terrace lake view king room and experienced the concierge service, all-day restaurant breakfast, swimming pool, mini bar, children's activity center, fitness center, and executive lounge. I particularly like the bathroom in the guest room and the hotel's swimming pool. The design is full. Whether it is the space design, functional layout, or natural landscape, it makes me feel refreshed physically and mentally. There are many thoughtful and humanized designs in the guest room, such as the elegant decorations that can be seen as soon as you enter the door, the holder for mobile phones on the bathtub, the capsule coffee machine, and the fitness guide and customized pillow menu placed in the drawer of the bedside table. Contact the guest service center to get an extraordinary sleep experience. The room type I stayed in also has an 8-square-meter outdoor terrace with sofa chairs, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery with your family. There is a warm hospitality from the concierge and guest relations officer as soon as you enter the door. The perfume smells elegant and fragrant. The front desk service attitude is first-class, the check-in efficiency is high, and the attitude is friendly. The room view is very open and the night view is very beautiful. All the employees have a very good attitude, high quality, warm greetings when they meet, and treat people like friends. The hotel's food is delicious and beautiful, especially the Italian ice cream in the sweet house, which has high-end ingredients and is exquisite and delicious. In JW Kitchen (breakfast room), you can enjoy the magnificent view of Jinhai Lake. The breakfast is rich in ingredients and variety, which can meet the needs of people from different countries and bring me a pleasant sensory experience. The Italian spaghetti with meat sauce for dinner is delicious. I would like to praise the chefs of JW Kitchen for their superb craftsmanship. I would like to praise Miss Nancy from the front office and Ms. Mia from the lobby lounge. They have good image and temperament. They moved me with their sincere smile and sincere service. After the approval of the leader, they gave me a breakfast, which greatly improved my satisfaction.
