Another wonderful stay at Citigo. Comfortable, and I love the black out curtains! they were able to accommodate our group's late checkout! Always book in here!

A very pleasant stay and friendly reception. The hotel is a bit out of the buzzing vibe of the city and we mostly had to use Didi’s to get around. Overall a very good experience and I will certainly book again.

Overall is a clean hotel. Eventually I book a more expensive room so I can get more space, but due to the design of the room, it become even smaller than the usual room. Other than that, very happy staying here.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot close to everything, public transportation is also in walking distance. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff members are really nice and friendly. Would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Room is clean and quiet, the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. This hotel is located at the Jingan district, it’s close to most of popular attractions.

Great location. Lots of fun stuff to do in the Jingan area. Check in was quick and easy. Room was pretty nice. Really good buffet breakfast, quite healthy.

Great for taking early flights. Close enough to the subway if you are willing to walk 10 minutes.

That's a great hotel in a nice area, full of restaurants and coffee shops. I always travel to Shanghai, and this hotel was the best one in terms of location, price, and all I needed as a solo traveler. There were nice and kind people at the reception. Delicious breakfast and such a beautiful lounge area on the first floor! Only the best impressions and the longest review I ever wrote. When I was checking out, it was raining, and they gave me an umbrella and even helped me with luggage. Probably that's not something they do all the time, but they were standing at the hotel entrance and just helped me in the moment. So kind!
