Been there for 3 days and this hotel is a nec place to stay, big room and big facilities really quite and relaxing. Walking distance to many places. It’s super convienient

The hotel is directly across the street from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, in the old French Concession, thus both the hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, historical and charming. Everything is clean, the service is helpful with some English skills, and the breakfast is good.

Located within walking distance to IAPM Mall and subway station, bunch of eateries around the corner. Hotel itself is cozy and quiet. Spacious room as well.

Literally a late check in and somewhat of an early checkout for us. It did what it needed. Although given the heat of the city it is felt, that with the price, two bottles of water are not enough. I do appreciate this is a personal preference. Therefore this is just for information. If you’re a television watcher then the quality of the channel is not fantastic. You are getting this hotel for its location, the added bonus is its appearance. All of which ticked the boxes for myself and my partner.

We enjoyed the classic atmosphere and service. The neighbourhood is very exquisite and especially close to Shanghai Symphony Orchestra. Next time we will also being our tennis equipment to have a Sunday morning play. Very charming :-))

The hotel has a superior location, which is convenient for travel and dining; the building is beautiful and has a small courtyard; the room is more spacious than expected, there is a very open space outside the elevator room on the floor, and the corridor is also bright. The service attitude of the staff in each department is very good. However, just because I like this hotel very much, I still want to remind you that I hope to pay more attention to the service details. For example, we have three people living with children. On the first day, we said that we needed an extra towel and bath towel. When cleaning the room on the second day, we should know that we should take the initiative to put three towels and bath towels, but we didn't. Seeing that the soap in the room was basically used up, and there were clothes hanging, we should know where to add a bar of soap, but we didn't. We still hope to improve these aspects.
