The room didn't look new, but the location is very good. The apartment itself is spacious and has a great view of the center of Shanghai.

Nice hotel, close to the top attractions in Shanghai, such as the Bund, Yu garden and Nanjing Street. The hotel staff were very friendly and understandable when I had to check out later and provide a space for my bag so could walk around without my luggage. The room was a good size, there was a nice view from the balcony. I would recommend this hotel 👍👍

The only positive note is the location, the rest is forgettable. Reception that looks like a warehouse with receptionists who eat peacefully at the counter. The porter who sees me arrive with 35 kilos of luggage and doesn't even get up to open the door or help me up the steps. The dirty room, poorly lit during the day but too much so early in the morning as the curtain let the light in from 05:00 preventing sleep after that time. The power sockets built into the wall because they were broken and full of dust. The bathroom was very dirty and the shower looked like it had never been washed. The light was insufficient for shaving. I should have paid less than half.

I've lived in hotels for so many years, but this one is the worst. The air conditioner is almost non-existent, freezing people to death. The bathroom door is broken, the hygiene is terrible, there is no toilet paper in the room, only a little paper in the toilet, the toothbrush cup is dirty, there is no disposable cup, it's really terrible

Of course, if you want to live in a better environment, I recommend the one with a housekeeper. The environment is good but a little expensive. I think I will stay here next time I come to Shanghai.
