Arrived at the hotel late at night, the room was average, there was no light in the corridor, and I couldn't see clearly. I asked the front desk to install it, but it didn't work. I requested a late check-out, which was only until 13:00. The front desk was rude and asked if SF Express could come to the front desk to pick up the package, and asked the guest to wait. Later, the head front desk was very enthusiastic and took over the express package to be sent. Thank you!
