Second visit in the Swiss Hotel and it was quite good, except from a small issue that we had when the front desk gave us the wrong type of room but the stuff solved it quickly, especially Miss Daisy was so nice to settle everything. Great stay, great location.

The Swiss was great, as always. The rooms are clean and the service is exemplary; thanks Ricky for helping me locate my lost property. The spa is well minded, friendly staff, and the cold plunge works a treat. An excellent hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for several times already. Location is perfect, close to several malls. Size of the room is just right, with comfortable bed and bathroom, with pillow menu to choose from. There is also a Nespreso machine which I like it too. Service is perfect, our requests were all granted. We had dinner at the second floor of the hotel, the bbq dinner and it was great. We will stay again at this hotel when I go back to Shanghai.

The hotel is close to Jing'an Temple and Kerry Center. The room conditions are nice and well maintained.

The hotel has a good atmosphere and the location is the best. The gym should have a bit of improve and small renewals.

Strategic location with lots of shopping and eateries. The rooms are clean and love the linen smell.

Love everything about this Hotel, the location, the room, the staff Mr Tim Tang was welcoming us and made all the checkin process very easy and smooth he was very polite and very well trained i ask for the best room view and we got the best so far …When we come back, all the room were clean and nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good hotel with iron and board, close to Metro. There's a Japanese restaurant in the lobby. Great value for lunch break.

Perfect location & good service. The only drawback is the breakfast - the same everyday and is not good value for money.
