When we come, the room still not clean. The bed is usually like god, but the floor too many hair. The toilet too, many hair, and near the closet had the cigarette ash. And next day we told the servant to clean our room, until 14.00 when we come back still not clean. We told the woman at the lobby to clean when we go out at 14.45. We came back at the night, and what, the room still not clean, the bed messy, floor still had many hair, near the closet still had cigarette ash. The servant just throw the rubbish and change our towel. Not came back to this hotel anymore.

Hotel Review The hotel’s location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores like Family Mart, and a metro station all within walking distance. There’s even a pharmacy right next door, which is super convenient. However, the cleanliness was a major issue. The first room we checked into had dirty windows, a broken face mirror, smell of cigarettes (even though it was a non smoker room), and sticky floors. When we requested a room change, the staff seemed surprised and initially offered to clean the room. We insisted on changing rooms, and while they accommodated our request, the second room was no better. It was still very dirty, with stains on the table and even a used toothbrush left in the shower. The only positive about the rooms was that the bed linens appeared clean. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of cleanliness really let the experience down.

Close to perfect. Big room, clean and new. As reported before sometimes smell of cigarette because of the AC, but otherwise all good. Will come again. Metro is around the corner. Perfect location.

Where to start? Rooms are really old and a lot of damages. Although it was a non smoking room, the whole hotel had a smoking smell. The door of the toilet didn’t even close completely. I dont recommend this hotel at all.

I am pretty impressed by the standard of this hotel. Cheap and good. Most importantly it is spacious and clean. Only issue is the weird lift arrangements but honestly the standard is way higher than any other 3-4 times more expensive hotel. Worth giving it a try on such very reasonably priced hotel

The room is very nice and clean. The staff came to tidy the room, changed towels and made a good bed for us every day. The highlight is the staff are extremely nice and polite. We had a sore throat and asked the staff for some hot water. The staff (The man in night shift during my stay) boiled water for us. I would recommend this hotel as part of the trip. I absolutely love it!

The staff does not speak English but is very helpful. You can request early check-in if there is room available. The location is near convenience stores and restaurants.

location is convenient to the city area and subway station, room is spacious as well. good for short term stay

The location is 10/10, it’s really near the railways station. Staffs helped me out with navigation and check in (there was a typhoon during my stay). Would recommend!

The room is not clean, very bad for such price. Reception not friendly

The room suppose to be smoke-free. But, on and off the aircon will blow out some smoking smell, the had affected my sleeping badly. Even I had made complaint, but they insist that is a smoke-free and do not admit is smoking. Beside that, the lobby always have the smoking smell as well when I passed by.

The bath towel has holes. The room was clean.
