房間衞生挺乾淨的，沒有明顯的灰塵，地面縫隙也沒有衞生死角。
窗户大，採光好，窗簾遮光效果很好。
熱水温度正好，水量滿足要求。
前台服務熱情，微笑待客。
交通便利，雖然距離地鐵站有點距離，不過去北外灘、同濟復旦等地方打車都不貴。
建議改進：洗衣機、烘乾機效率低。
