We chose this hotel for its reasonable price and its location near the airport as well as Disneyland. We very extremely happy with our choice. The hotel provides free Disneyland (very well arranged and convenient) and airport shuttle, and even have a robot to deliver our Meituan food orders directly to our room! The rooms were clean and self sufficient. The hotel is also near the old village of Chuan Sha, which makes for an interesting place to explore if you have extra time! But the standout of this hotel is the well-trained, helpful, professional and friendly staff, which made our stay all the more wonderful. I highly commend all of them as they provided us with service that was on par with 5-star hotels. They have self-service drinks at the lobby but the staff would take the initiative to serve us tea during check in and as we were waiting for our airport shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to go to Shanghai Disneyland.

Not long after I arrived in the room, I found that the door lock would beep for no reason. After observing for a while, I called the front desk. They said to call the master to come up and take a look. The master listened at the door for more than ten minutes and it didn’t ring again. I felt that the door was not closed, maybe the hotel is old. Unexpectedly, after an hour, I didn’t leave the room or move the door at all, and it started ringing again. The front desk on the phone said to change my room. After changing to another room, I found that the original room was indeed a bit shabby (the kettle was broken, and the maintenance technician tinkered with it and it worked again), but the bathroom door of the new room was broken and heavy to push and pull. The next day, I went back at 11 o'clock in the afternoon and found that I couldn't open the door. I called the hotel and they said it was past 11 o'clock and I had to go to the front desk to swipe it, so I ran down to swipe it. I said I would check out at 1 o'clock, which I had said when I checked in yesterday. The front desk said he didn't know and no one handed it over to him. A one-hour delay in check-out would cost an additional 30 yuan. I said, so I have to pay you another 30 yuan now. After going around for a long time, I finally said that I could process the check-out through the system now, but I could stay and not let the cleaning lady go over... Breakfast, orange peel beef noodles, two pieces of salted beef, the whole thing was salty... In short. The whole process was very tiring. It may also be that the hotel on Ctrip's order was not happy. This was the worst experience of staying at Huazhuhui Hotel and Orange.
