Wyndham Garden Guam Reviews

Toothbrush is not provided unless you ask the front desk. We requested for room cleaning on our 3rd night but it was not as clean as we expected. The toilet bowl was not cleaned, the floors were not wiped, the soap, shampoo, etc was not refilled. Our room door was difficult to open/close. There was a musty smell coming from the toilet. And one of the room lights was flickering. Location was good 10 mins to the airport.

Will book again when visiting Guam. The Micronesian cleaners are the friendliest!

The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well.

you can feel that the covid 19 is a disaster ! the restaurant is close no concierge they clean the room one time per week ..... no shuttle airport ( miss driver) fitness close so fortunately, I stay 8 days if not I was regret

The environment is quiet, but the transportation is not very convenient. There is no Uber in Guam😅

Value for money adequate for the standards of the island. The room was dark and with a tiny window on the inside that did not illuminate at all. Every time they tidied up the room they did not put water or nescafe sachets back or clean the used glasses/cups. The bathroom fan started as soon as you turned on the light and you could not turn it off. However, excellent location and very friendly staff.

The building, lobby, hallways, and rooms were all clean and neat, the showers, toilets, and other facilities were new, and the area around the bed was also clean, so I really liked it. However, the Wifi connection was unstable and frequently cut out during my three-day stay, so I think there is room for improvement in the Wifi environment. Apart from the Wifi, everything was good, including the service of the staff.
