48 hours in Shanghai and the pedestrian street area was good. Traffic in Shanghai pretty tough, but subway not far.
Holiday decor was nice, and bed comfortable. Bathroom supplies at front desk and service was good.
Hotel is nice and historical. Not best view for twin room Floor 4, but cost is good. Sugar for tea was needed, and I think an updated elevator. Hours for cafe not so often.

Hotel is nice but the cleaner tried to clean the room in the morning while we still in the room.

This place is convenient and flexible for traveling around the city.
It’s just a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 2, Nanjing Road East Station (Exit 1),
and another 5-minute walk to The Bund. All the staff are friendly and happy to serve every moment.
If I have the chance to visit Shanghai again, I will definitely stay at Betel Premium!

Service is good. Location is the best because we can easily walk to nanjing road within 1 min. A lot of Local food around the hotel. Air conditioner works well. Taxi driver can park in front of hotel. Room is clean. Reception gave us necessary amenities. Will be back again due to great location

For a small hotel, the room is pretty big! The breakfast buffet was impressive but what was inconvenient were the stairs in between rooms. However being a heritage building it is understandable as they tried to keep most of the facets. The staff were extremely helpful with my luggage and I noticed a majority of them were female! I felt safe and taken care of here as a solo female traveler!

Location was super excellent!! Hotel is located at Nanjing Road close to The Bund, shopping mall, restaurants and take around 5 mins walk to subway.
Staff was really helpful even though they can’t speak English. Our room is on the high floor without elevator access they carried our luggage to our room.
I booked the specific room type (queen bed with memory foam mattress) so, the mattress was very comfortable. The room quite clean and comes with the window. Bathroom is separate for shower room and toilet room.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helped us call a taxi and gave us directions on how to get around the city and how to use the laundry room. However, if you book a room in an area without an elevator, you have to carry your suitcase up and down by yourself. The room was clean and nice. The hotel is in the center so it's very convenient for little kids. If I have the chance to visit Shanghai, I will come back here again.

Very convenient location is in the nanjing road walking street,a lots of good food surrounding the area , room is clean but the toilet space is very small.

Great location near the Nanjing pedestrian street, easy to access to taxi, restaurants, etc. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is good. Direction to go to the room from the lobby is a bit confusing, and beware that the elevator is not directly going to your floor room.

Hotel is nearby the Metro, walkable to the Bund, Zhuang Xilong Crab roe noodle. Smack at the corner of Nanjing East road, making shopping so easy. Right opposite the hotel is the famous shengdacheng restaurant that is famous for the local cakes.
Hotel staff is very nice and room is clean.

A short walk from Line 2 Nanjing Rd East Exit 1. The hotel is beside the clock tower. Easy to recognise.

Hotel is conveniently located along Nanjing street. It’s reachable to many eateries and shopping district, there’s also a plethora of standup comedy shows nearby. Walkable to the bund. The room is quite small but it’s ok for a short stay. There’s only one lift up to the lobby hence it’s gonna take a while.
