You come for the skiing, but you really want to stay for the hotel. This is a wonderful hotel providing you with the ‘Nordic’ feel it promises. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Amber who checked us in swiftly and we were able to enjoy the comfort of our room. Breakfast was vast and delicious which allowed for us to have plenty of energy for the slopes. Highly recommend a stay here for as long as you can.

Excellent Ski-in/Ski-out Experience with Great Dining I stayed here with a stay voucher and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable — you can literally wake up and walk straight out to the ski slopes. It’s perfect for skiers and snowboarders looking for easy access to the snow. The free dinner voucher was another highlight. I dined at the Teppanyaki restaurant, where the food was flavorful and offered a good variety of dishes. It was a wonderful dining experience. Housekeeping was excellent — the room was cleaned daily, and they consistently restocked water, coffee, and tea, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return in the future.

It's a sensational experience as part of our shanghai trip. The room design and service, the dinning at both ground floor breakfast and L18 teppanyaki, the swimming pool are beyond expectation. Last but not least the convenience of unlimited day pass to the ski from L16, with a fully serviced rest room and exclusive early access to the ski track adds absolutely to a luxurious and value to the package we purchased. One thing for further visitor to note is that you probably want to talk to the conceige for purchase options on stay+ski pass packages. It's a luxury hotel that has some exclusive access to a ski resort who also provides gear rental. The combination of these services itself worths a math class. We were impressed by Ms Feng in particular at conceige who was patient and experienced in explaining these combinations and help us pick the one meets all our needs at the price that we would have overpaid if purchased all items individually. Our 12 years and 9 years old enjoyed the swimming pool, the 9am-10pm flexible unlimited access ski, and the nutritious breakfast. My wife had a geart dinner at Teppanyaki. The room is of quality and I personally enjoyed the scandinavia design language.

Matil's service was excellent and manager Jerry was very attentive. The housekeeper Wink added WeChat in advance and liked it very much. This time I stayed at the Zhouzhi Luxury Selection Shanghai Ice and Snow World Hotel and the experience was amazing! Seeing that it is a newly opened hotel and very close to Yaoxue, I thought it would be very convenient to come and stay. I read some negative aspects of the hotel on Xiaohongshu before, but I found it exceeded my expectations after I actually came here. When checking in, I met Manager Jerry, a handsome guy. He was very responsible and careful to introduce some of the hotel's facilities to us. I didn't do a lot of research before coming, but fortunately he explained it and recommended other places to visit nearby. I personally recommend booking a room on the ski floor because you can directly enter the ski resort from the ski passage on the 16th floor without going out. Although it is also convenient to go out from the first floor, it only takes 2-3 minutes to get to the ski resort, hahaha, and you can buy tickets upstairs; the ski concierge on the 16th floor can rent snow clothes for free, which is newer and better than the one in the Yaoxue lobby. The ski resort is right outside the passage, but it should be noted that the entertainment snow ticket can only be entered from the first floor of the Yaoxue lobby, which is not interoperable. Let me first talk about the improvements I felt during this stay: 1. The quality of breakfast has improved. This is the fourth time I've eaten onion oil noodles in this hotel. This time, I tried it to suit local tastes. The beef slices were fried with king oyster mushrooms instead, and there were also a variety of cheeses. (Figure 1 and Figure 2) 2. To compensate for the fact that the water didn’t run out for eight minutes the last time I took a shower, the hotel invited me to stay in a larger room (Figure 3) (although it was far from the elevator to the ski floor). It was a good intention. 3. When problems arose, the lobby manager (night shift on May 9) handled them promptly. However, the problems encountered during this stay also started from here: 1. I took cherry tomatoes to a hotel, and the first thing I did when I entered the room was to put them in the refrigerator. The refrigerator door was connected to the wooden cabinet door outside, and it would not be closed tightly no matter how hard I tried (Picture 4). Five minutes later, the refrigerator started to make noises, so I had to call the manager and change rooms. It took me an hour to get through this. 2.
