The apartment was good and clean. If you want to stay in comfy place, it is a good choice for you

For business good location near mrt national convention center line 2 exit 6 near outlet near exhibition hall service very good. Staff all good but dont have left

Clean & service is good. The toilet was clogged and it got fixed straight away, thank you. But it's not close with the metro, took me 30 minutes to walk from getting out of the train to the apartment room.

Property located near the EXPO centre, usual patrons are personnel attending the expo. The property was filled with cargo brought in by staff of the expo participants. A little bit messy. Maintenance of the property is slightly lacking and we can see it's getting a little worn in and around our room. Otherwise, the staffs were helpful when we are checking in. Show us where and how to go about for our stays.

It’s not bad and quite cosy. It was a little noisy that night, but this has little to do with the room itself and maybe the environment on that particular night. It was pretty spacious and the decor is quite nice.

Courtesy and hospitality which are hallmark of entities offering lodging, were absolutely missing. Staff wasn’t cooperative overall. Though they were little or not equipped at all to handle guests yet their response to small requests was disappointing. Except proximity of said facility with National Exhibition and Convention Centre, there’s nothing to celebrate about this facility.

A comfortable and warm hotel. They give advice for nearby restaurents and good place to visit.

If you would like to experience local life, this is a good place. There are few units, I stayed in house no. 103. The room is clean & well equipped, I like the washing machine with dryer which is convenient for us who need to do laundry. There's an external hanging rack attached to the window. I enjoyed my 2-day stay here. Besides, there are 2 little eateries (coffee, drinks & buns) in walking distance, within the housing area. If you would like to try more delicate food, you can walk over the street. It's not too far from the Hong Qiao Station, Metro station & bus station are nearby as well.

The travel is convenient and the room is big and beautiful, but some parts of the cleanliness are not good. Overall, it is good.

We had a nice stay, would stay there again for sure, all staff were super friendly and helped me with all i needed.

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, a 10mins walk from the NECC and the metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.
