This hotel is tucked away in a village, however once inside the rooms they are tastefully decorated, there are some fantastic books to browse through in room as well. I even had a cute llama on my bed to keep me company. The family and staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, they go out of their way to be caring and helpful, even inviting me to share their dinner. Pool area nice, breakfast typically Chinese, the 9 staples which is a great way to start the day. l There is a lovely smoking area looking over the river, bridge and village, or a great place to just relax and read or just sit and do nothing at all. The hotel provides free shuttles to Disneyland and to and from the airport (book the day before) & even sell Disneyland tickets at reduced prices. The shopping mall Bicester Village, is only a few kms away is absolutely stunning, you could easily spend a day there exploring all the stores and restaurants. Easy to get a Didi anytime you need, service is quick. Would definitely stay here again, thanks so much to the family and staff for making me feel so welcome!

location and bus services towards disneyland is perfect. overall just a couple of night for disneyland, so its fine. the bad it's too cold, the room and windows too thin.

My husband and I stayed here on our last minute visit to Shanghai Disney! It was a very convenient location for visiting the park. It was very easy to get a Didi from the hotel as well, and they also have a shuttle service which is really convenient. The room was modest and comfortable—it’s a good and affordable place to crash for the night. The staff was very helpful, I speak English so they messaged me on WeChat leading up to our check in and since we landed at midnight they gave us instruction on how to do a late check in through a video. It gave us a lot of peace of mind!

The room is OK. It would be better if the projector had membership. It is difficult to operate the projection with your own mobile phone, and there are a lot of lags. It is better to provide a shuttle service, which is cost-effective.

Before booking the hotel, I confirmed with the front desk that the earliest shuttle bus was at 6 o'clock. After booking the hotel, at breakfast time the day before going to Disney, a very strong female clerk kept persuading us not to go so early and not to take the 6 o'clock bus. I said that I had booked a tour guide and bought an early bird card, and the tour guide asked me to leave at 6 o'clock at the latest. The female clerk even told me not to listen to my tour guide. Although I felt strange, I was still determined to listen to the tour guide. In the evening, the clerk found various reasons to persuade me not to take the 6 o'clock bus, but I still firmly told them that I would take the 6 o'clock bus. As a result, at more than 6 o'clock the next day, I walked around but couldn't find the driver at all. Then I urgently contacted the front desk, and the driver came slowly at about 6 o'clock. After we arrived at Disney, we were already at the end of the early bird card. There were several rows in front of us, and there were five or six people behind us. This means that the early bird cards of the three of us were equivalent to a 70% discount by the hotel! It was really furious! The room was very small and crowded. There was basically no extra space after the suitcase was opened. The table was also very small. The takeaway food I ordered could only be held in my hands and eaten by the bed, because there was no extra space on the table for food, and there was no suitable chair to sit and eat. The bathroom started to accumulate water just a few minutes after taking a shower. It was a little better after removing the floor drain, but it still accumulated water. I had to stand in the accumulated water to continue washing. . . The windows were not soundproof, and I could hear people talking downstairs and outside the house. When eating breakfast, I couldn't bear to turn on the lights in the restaurant, so I could only use the light outside the window for lighting. This is the first time I've seen such a stingy hotel. . .

Come to Shanghai to participate in Halloween! The environment here is really good! I especially praise the little brother who carried my luggage for me because my suitcase was too big for me to handle! Every time I go out and come back, the room is cleaned very clean. The projection is large and high-definition, and the viewing experience of watching movies at night is OK. It rained heavily during the typhoon today! I also sent a WeChat message that breakfast is available on the first floor, and it is very convenient even if you order takeout nearby! The power bank was bought by me for a takeout order (the one I brought was lost at the airport) and it only took 25 minutes to deliver it! The overall accommodation of the B&B is still highly recommended! ! ! ! !

Overall, I am very satisfied. The room is clean, warm, bright and tidy. I like the design of the two floor-to-ceiling windows. The store service is very good. There is a special car to pick up and drop off at Disneyland. The communication is smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend choosing this B&B when visiting Disneyland.
