Impressive! All goods beyond expectation. Love its beauty and tranquility. It’s also well supported by an ancient town of kitchens and tea shops. The complimentary aged white tea bags and hot spring are highly appreciated.

This place is an absolute gem. Lovely staff …spacious, clean and comfy rooms, lovely hot spring, fantastic breakfasts. All set in a maze of pretty alleyways in Shanghai Chuansha old town, with good eating options nearby. And amazing value. OK, it’s probably not in the part of Shanghai that most tourists would aim for, but probably better for that … and it’s handy for the airport.

Even though the location was a little remote, there are 2 metro stations closeby which you could get to by using a bus that’s just outside the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Always replenishing the minibar, tea supply and water( all of which are for free). Breakfast isn’t great but the coffee is amazing. A snack platter upon arrival including drinks. And a gift when checking out. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bathroom, LOVED!. Overall I was very happy with the resort and the service offered.

A wonderful, quiet hotel on an old street, not far from Pudong airport. Very polite and attentive staff. Some speak English. Willingness to help is beyond praise. The hotel is small, furnished in Chinese and Japanese traditional style. You can try to put on hanfu, play gu-qin, you can take baths in a hot spring. The spring is not always hot enough (you need to warn before your visit 1-2 hours in advance!). In the morning they serve a good, tasty breakfast. There is a transfer to the airport at a fixed time (in the morning at 6-00, 9-00). The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city center, but the metro is only 1.5 km away, we walked in 15-20 minutes along beautiful old streets and squares.

But the private hot spring is really very clean. You need to make an appointment in advance. The water is freshly prepared. There is also a public hot spring. The front desk baby pays attention to the privacy of the guests. If someone is using it, they will inform you. Service: The brothers and sisters are very enthusiastic. I wanted to find a hotel with hot springs. I saw this one on Ctrip. It is in Chuansha Ancient Town and is quite unique. We were the only one who reserved the hot springs that night. Although it is not big, the experience is OK. It is very refreshing to take a bath after get off work. The next day, you can go to Chuansha Ancient Town to eat snacks or go shopping in Chuansha Bailian. Breakfast is one person per person, and a souvenir was given when checking out. It is very considerate. The only drawback is that the shower head in the room is too small, and the anti-slip mat is also moldy. I hope the store can return one.

This reservation far exceeded my expectations. It was a hot spring hotel transformed from a Qing Dynasty money house. The room facilities were good, the hot spring was good (I hope the water is changed regularly), breakfast was provided, and Hanfu was provided for taking photos. Miss Yuanyuan also gave me a souvenir when I checked out. I will come again next time
