Un séjour inoubliable au Black Bass ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une attention particulière et un service des plus chaleureux. L’équipe est aux petits soins, offrant un accueil personnalisé qui fait toute la différence.
La vue depuis l’hôtel est tout simplement magique : le lac d’Annecy s’offre à nous dans toute sa splendeur, un véritable tableau apaisant à admirer à tout moment de la journée. Notre chambre, spacieuse et élégante, disposait d’un balcon avec vue sur le lac, un vrai plaisir pour profiter du cadre exceptionnel.
L’espace détente est également un atout majeur : un moment de relaxation parfait pour compléter cette expérience unique.
Un établissement que je recommande vivement pour une parenthèse de luxe et de sérénité !

Bel établissement situé en face du Lac et au calme…. Vue superbe! Top pour les joggeurs! Accueil très chaleureux! Service impeccable. Nous avons une chambre avec vue sur le lac, un régal pour les yeux. La salle des petits déjeuners est idéalement située en face du lac et des montages. Cette vue est extraordinaire. Les produits sont frais et de qualités. Nous avons dîné en chambre, le Room Service est qualitatif. Une fois encore, le Service est impeccable ! (Dommage pour les frites surgelées) mais vite oublié avec des pâtisseries incroyables ! ( la crème brûlée est dingue ainsi que la tartelette chocolat) Le SPA est qualitatif et bien organisé. Nous avons opté pour un soin du corps duo, un soin du visage en duo, ce fut un beau moment d’évasion. Résumé : Service au Top et moment quasi parfait et reposant.

Décevant !
Nous nous attendions à un 5 étoiles comme indiqué sur le site, mais ça ne vaut pas plus qu’un 3 étoiles.
Les serveurs sont débraillés et cependant sympathiques, le jus d’orange du petit déjeuner est un faux jus d’orange, et surtout il était annoncé que le petit déjeuner était offert et nous avons dû payer 35 € par personne pour un petit déjeuner qui n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles .
Le service n’est pas à la hauteur.
Dans un 5 étoiles on vient vous chercher vos bagages à l’entrée de l’hôtel et là c’est loin d’être le cas.
Nous n’y reviendrons plus.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The view from our lake side room was magnificent. We rented bikes from the Black Bass and had a great ride around the lake. The spa is not to be missed! All around a great relaxing stay and we look forward to returning!

Un séjour parfait, vraiment très relaxant. L’espace sauna hammam piscine est petit mais privatif sur des creneaux d’une heure ce qui est vraiment agréable ! Les massages sont top! L’endroit est superbe avec vue sur le lac, magnifique !
