The hotel restaurant can see the lake, the scenery is invincible, breakfast is available from 7:30-9:00, two hours of breakfast is enough to cover the hotel accommodation fee, after breakfast, go to the back of the hotel to stroll around, the lake is beautiful, the lake is surrounded by clouds and the water is clear. At the end, it can make up for the small insufficiency of the room.

We have recently visited the BB hotel and to summarise, were a little disappointed with our stay. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a queue of 6 people ahead of us with only one member of staff taking care of customers, not an ideal start to the five star experience. Once we checked into our room, the room itself was very new and stylish, clean and tidy with amazing views of the lake, the bed and bathrooms are also brilliant. The pool has an exquisite lakeside location. Sadly from here, we were a little frustrated with the running of the hotel. Small things like bike hire being €60 per person per day… this is a 5* hotel.. this didn’t sit well with us, we spent over €300 on bike hire in the duration of our stay…. Couldn’t some bikes be included? Future guests should note that there aren’t any taxis or Ubers here, it’s also way too far to walk into Annecy. If you don’t bring your own, or hire a bike, I’m afraid you are stranded at this hotel unless you drive. Two paddleboards are available for hire, but again, for €20 per hour when they can be rented for half the price down the lane by the lake side. Embarrassing, profiteering from your paying guests! Could free use of these board be a perk of staying at this hotel?! Security and access was also a little worrying, although Annecy is a lovely place, most nights we walked from the lake path right to our hotel room door without actually seeing a single other person or member of staff. There seems to be a security gate however, during our 4 night stay we didn’t see it closed once. Lake access can also be challenging - a private pontoon is advertised however this was commonly occupied by young locals surrounded by bottles of wine. Again, not really the 5 star experience we’d hoped for conveyed by images on the website. Instead, we were lay on grass by a busy cycle path with locals and other holiday makers from surrounding areas. Overall, the location was great and we will visit annecy again, sadly, not the Black Bass Hotel.
The location is slightly biased and the shower facilities are simple. Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30: Includes bread milk coffee. The Youth Hostel has no wifi and the mobile phone signal is poor. Consider the price carefully.
Les Tresoms Resort is a real gem of a hotel nestled in the perfect spot between outdoor mountain adventure and old world French city splendor. The hotel has such lovely charm with amenities for all the guests to enjoy. We came for a wedding at the resort and the setting, food and service were all fabulous! Our room was so pretty with spectacular views of Lake Annecy and the mountains beyond. We enjoyed an easy walk into Annecy each day and if we had stayed longer (next time!) the trails and bikes on offer would have been fun, too! The pool was lovely for a late afternoon swim with a bit of lounging before enjoying the restaurants at the hotel and in Annecy. A truly lovely part of France that we look forward to exploring more in the years to come. Merci beaucoup!!
This should be less than a 2 star hotel. Joined along with my husband's business trip. My additional fee to share the room was exorbitant. Positive: We were given an earlier check in which was awesome seeing that we have a small child. Our bed was comfortable. Good location and beautiful view Negative: We were in the hotel for 8 nights. Our room was cleaned 2 times, upon trying to find out why I was told it is because my child is always sleeping. This was very odd as I mostly left the hotel just after 10am and only returned around 6pm. There was one afternoon where I came back at 3pm when my child slept. Often I would even walk past the cleaning lady on our way out in the morning - so just an excuse...ridiculous Our bathroom ceiling collapsed and we found this when we arrived back early evening. Called the manager/ owner - I've left already we will look at it tomorrow is what we were told. The next morning came, nil offering of moving to another room even though there were rooms available.... We were often told our group eats like locusts at breakfast and we should eat less. Which is strange because other guests at breakfast appeared to be eating the same quantity I'm there is allllooottt of maintenance needed. I complained droectly to the logis hotel group of which I received an email response, ” we are sorry the hotel was not up to standard” I feel the way logis hotel group promotes themselves kn their website and what we received is a big discrepancy. I feel for the price that this hotel charges is absurd with really terrible service. Stay away
Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to a very sad departure. All the staff from domestic , reception, bars and restaurants were so friendly , accommodating and welcoming they went above and beyond. We also had 2 dogs with us and they could not have been treated better. The location was ideal and the hotel was clean, modern with everything you could need. The restaurant food , service and staff were incredible.
Excellent little hotel; clean and pleasant swimming pool; first class restaurant - limited but simple and excellent food and drink; comfortable, well serviced rooms; friendly staff. And Annecy is an absolutely beautiful town.
