It’s quite dirty in the floor. You could tell they didn’t clean up the floor and the bathroom which is very disappointed. There are full of utilities in the room like dish washer, washing machine. However, there are no instruction on how to use the machines and the staff isn’t really know how to use it either.

The room is okay, but with blood stains on the bed sheet, towels look not clean, and no toothbrush provided. The hotel staff are generally helpful but not always available. However, when we ask the counter staff to book a taxi, it seems she got his taxi driver friend who overchanged by 50%!!! Will not stay again.

The hotel is labeled a “luxury” hotel. The fixtures in the bathroom were all loose and the black coating was peeling off.marks all over the walls and we had to make the remained of the bed when we arrived. When asking for an extra towel there was a lot of fuss made about it. We thought it to be a simple request.

The hotel knows what the travellers need, to name a few, ideal location to look around the city, essential services without redundancy, 24hour counter reception, etc. My first night could have been a nightmare due to electrical glitch, the night shift staff settled the matter by switching the room immediately. Highly recommendable.

Really inspired me and my friends, good location, super clean place, best service from the staff. All the attractions are walking distance. Definitely will come again. This unit also with full equipment, we really enjoy the stay. Washing machine cum dryer, best 👍🏻

Room is in nice size, but bathroom smells bad due to drainage problems. Good to have washing/dryer machine, but it takes long time like 4 hours to finish washing and drying.

Nice comfortable hotel, I liked it

It is 2 minutes from the Plaza de Armas bus station, excellent location. The apartment is nice and big. They returned my deposit quickly on the day of departure.

Everything is OK, but there is no hair dryer in the room. I went to the front desk to ask at night, but no one said they would come back in 20 minutes. I went back half an hour later and still no one was there. It's a pity Facilities: There is not even a necessary hair dryer, and there is no one at the front desk, which is not safe!

If you take a car, it is not easy to find a parking lot because there are many one-way streets in Seville itself. Above all, when I checked in and went in, the bathroom was wet and there was hair stuck to the shower head. It was a mess, so I had to clean it with a broom. I was especially worried because there were many bugs like mayflies. Above all, I was in a bad mood the whole time because I had to pay a 200 euro deposit by card for two nights. When I went into the room to check out, I found out that I had paid for the TV pay channel. Later, I cancelled my card, but it was a bad accommodation.
