Comfortable hotel with full restaurant. Great breakfast and they also serve lunch and dinner, for a fee. Much more convenient than ordering via app. Excelent reception.

Very good experience, good hotel, organized, clean and very good service.

At the entrance, you could say the time when the accommodation ends. They called me the day before to talk. I found it a nuisance because it seems like it's being told to leave.

Met expectations, well organized.

The facilities are good, the food was not good, cold and of poor quality, the breakfast was very simple and had frozen fruits. At check out I did not obtain the NF for the service provided which outside of the consumer protection code, I used it, I paid and I have to receive my NF.

The quality of the hotel and service are good, the breakfast was excellent, I really enjoyed my stay.

A minha experiência, sendo a primeira vez hospedado no hotel foi gratificante, bem localizado, ótima recepção, quarto bem arejado e um ótimo café da manhã.

O hotel é bem localizado e limpo. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e os quartos são bem limpos, dão a sensação de estarmos em casa. O atendimento do pessoal do restaurante foi ótimo, agora o atendimento do pessoal da recepção precisa melhorar.

O único incoveniente foi no momento do café da manhã. Nos foi informado na ocasião do check in que o café era até às 10h30 e ao chegar ao restaurante, às 10h25, não havia mais nada montado. No entanto, um funcionário nos recebeu de forma pouco acolhedora e simpática. Providenciou algumas coisas para comermos, mas com aparente má vontade e zero simpatia. Um clima bem desconfortável, porém, bem perceptível que era sobre ele exclusivamente e não sobre uma conduta generalizada dos funcionários do hotel. Na recepção, tanto no check in, quanto no check out, fomos incrívelmente bem tratadas e acolhidas.

A estadia foi rápida, mas encontramos tudo conforme precisávamos.
