Located just 12 minutes’ walk from AEON Equine Park, this hotel offers clean, compact rooms with all basic amenities like Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and hot showers. Service is friendly, and parking is free but limited. A good, budget-friendly stay for short visits.

To be fair, the room was poorly soundproofed, the noise from next door was audible, and the outside air conditioning unit was noisy. Cleanliness was rather poor with lots of stains on the bed sheets, pillows and quilts. But the location of the hotel is good and there are many places to eat around.

First of all, the room was good enough and it's clean. It's not that big but it's suitable with the price. They provided me with remote control and 2 towels which later on I need to return those items at the reception counter in order to get my deposit back. The deposit is RM30 and it needs to be pay with cash only. For the service, it was superb ! 😌 the receptionist was really nice. As for the location, it is quite near McDonald's, Domino's pizza, Subway and Aeon but since we need to cross the big road, we decided to order Grab which cost us around RM 5.50 - RM 7. Rooms: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Location: 4/5 Hotel highlights -Great value

1) There are cockroaches on the pillow. 2) Hair on the sheets 3) Super Dirty Water Dispenser 4) There is dust on the table 5) Poor service 6) There is a musty smell in the room 7) Dirty toilet 8) Very poor sound insulation Not worth staying

The worst hotel ever been. Dirty, smelly, filthy, TERRIBLE realy TERRIBLE.... The hotel Is realy in a very dirty place lunique ( very bad) smell in all the rooms , Bed, blanket,covers, dirty and very bad smell, *** I left the hotel after chick in in the same arrival Day And they refused to refund the money back Because if I stay and sleep in this hotel I will feel sick Better if some one go there and find out that all I said is truth.....
