Spa Hotels in Serang Regency

Positive; within a stone's throw, sandy beaches compared to other anyer beach, many street food along the beach at weekend, nice panoramic view from balcony, ample parking, many sports , wide room, and room was equipped with cooking utensils, nice food. Minus; less maintenance of the building, 2 elevator was inactive.

The room is quite clean, in the room there is a refrigerator, water heater. Bathroom separate shower room & bathtub, shampoo soap, etc. The beach is the most important thing for me and my family. Sloping sandy beach, there are sellers of young coconut, roasted corn, snacks, can walk in the morning on the beach, swim on the beach, play with the children in the sand. The pool is a bit small but clean.

All the staffs are friendly and helpfull, especially Miss Nissa who take care our room reservation. The room is clean, the view is extraordinary .. we can have a mountain and beach view.. all the amenities are provided. The swimming pool is beautiful, plus they have private beach with unique bamboo in the front. We’re really enjoying our stay with Novus Jiva Villa Resort and Spa Anyer, keep the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I love this place. With all the fun facilities available. Starting from easy parking access, a fun and spacious swimming pool, a kidz play ground that has many arenas, a spacious restaurant with good taste, and the alertness of the staff who help very friendly. Wow, I don't regret staying at Aston Serang. But unfortunately, we found a small cockroach running near the coffee bar in the room, then none of the special requests we asked for were given. Please also pay attention to this, including the cleanliness of the room area, especially if used with small children.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

We chose this hotel because I watched a youtube channel that said this was a good, very spacious hotel. Checked in & out was smooth, the room however was quite limited, not very spacious as the youtube channel reviewed. They provide toiletries, cooking tools (gas stove, pans, pots, plates, spoon, forks and even knives) things that you need if you want to cook. THere was no mineral water in bottles, but they provide you a water dispenser, fridge was available too. no electric kettle, we tried to boiled some water using the gas stove and it took almost an hour. the room floor felt dirty eventhough after I asked the housekeeping to cleaned it up. THe bathroom, was small, you should be extra carefully when you walked in because the floor were the kind that get very slippery when wet. after a shower, the water would get puddled in the door area. and it got leaked out to the room. Breakfast, was okay, they provide bread and jams, egg station, cereals, fruits, Indonesian food. You will have your breakfast with a view. The resto is facing the beach. that actually the extra credit for this hotel. they are so close to the beach, they even have private beach. They also have some big pools, kids will love it here. If you drive here, the parking were separated from the hotel area, it was located accross the hotel, no worries the hotel will help you to park or take your car from the parking area. However, if you want to park in front of the hotel you have to pay Rp.100.000,- but free of charge if you park accross the street.

I booked a villa with a sea view, in the afternoon the view was really beautiful, the room is clean, no mosquito, the facilities are really good, restaurant, cafe, night club, swimming pool and etc...

Cozy, all foods are delicious, super friendly and helpful staffs, high quality bed and pillow (king koil), clean, unlimited drinking water when you’re staying there. Super recommended to get their ‘bakaran tepi pantai’ for dinner.. upon arriving you’ll get free 5 minutes shoulder massage, welcome drink and also welcome cookies, and while waiting for your room, you can wait in their waiting room with AC and guava juice..

The good: location, breakfast (many choice with very good taste!) What we think can be improved: 1. A/c control (we set to 30deg celcius but somehow still very cold) 2. Additional sofa in the room would be very nice

Saya dr Jakarta and I choose this place to celebrate my sister birthday karena dekat dengan tempat tinggal adik saya. But the service and food taste, beyond our expectation. A very good service from Mba Adis from sales, she is very attentive and helpful. All food they provided.. endesss semuaa.
