The experience was nothing short of excellent, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, offering a serene environment to relax before my journey. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest properly before the long flight ahead. What stood out the most was the buggy service that provided direct access to KLIA. This feature was not only convenient but also saved me a lot of time and hassle. I recently stayed at the hotel and my experience was great. I appreciated the early check-in, which was two hours before the usual time, a very nice gesture indeed. The location is highly convenient for those heading to Malaysia airport, with a free shuttle service available. However, it may not be ideal for those looking to explore Kuala Lumpur’s city center due to its far distance. The buffet spread was delicious and varied, adding to the overall experience. While there is no covered parking, free parking is provided for staying guests. Normal guests parking is at a flat rate of RM10 if im not mistaken. My room was well-equipped with all basic necessities, and I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to environmental sustainability, with no single-use plastics and mostly recyclable items. However, my room had a minor issue with a loose toilet pipe, which caused some leakage. Despite this, my overall stay was comfortable.

Ark goldcoast resort own private property inside Avani, basically it is located in the Avani. Very spacious room, clean with large balcony. The toilet was super good. My mum and I were really enjoying our time being in Avani. There was buggy ride from lobby to the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room is 060 so I got the chance to witness the beautiful sunrise. Definitely I will come again.

Staff members are friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and smooth. The hotel’s facilities, including free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a convenient café, add extra convenience. Overall, Tune Hotel at KLIA2 is perfect for those seeking a practical, comfortable stay before or after a flight.

The Aerotel is located within terminal 2 at KL airport. The rooms are modern and spacious with a great shower to freshen yourself up after a long flight. It’s great for a one night stay before your next flight. The rooms themselves do not have windows which is a negative, but I didn’t mind as I was only staying for the night. Other hotels around the airport are either too far away or aren’t as modern as the Aerotel, that’s why I chose this one as it’s super convenient also.

The location is about 15 minutes by car however it is very difficult to find a cab in the early morning. The security guard who checked us in helped us to reserve a car service. However the driver completed forgot the next morning. It was 5 a.m. Fortunately an Airbnb host saw us and offer us a ride for a reasonable fee. The room and property itself was fine. There are restaurants near by. The pool was nice as well.

Amazing stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to not take the shuttle bus as we wanted to do some shopping nearby at the outlet mall before our flight which was AMAZING. Breakfast was good and water pressure in the shower was lovely. Beer is a bit expensive at 44 MYR for a corona beer 330ml. All in all a very happy and good stay.
