"The room was just excellent for such price, the hotel staff was very professional. The automatic check-in system isn't working perfectly yet - for example, my bank card wasn't recognized. It's good that the hotel accepted cash and that the employee was very helpful. Furthermore, the hotel is quite far from the terminal, about 20 km. This should be taken into account when planning your trip. However, the hotel does offer a shuttle service, and the journey to the airport takes about 15-20 minutes. In general my experience was positive, but it is better to have some cash / different cards and understand that this hotel (despite the name) is not in the terminal and not even really close."

"This is quite a long review, but it comes from a very genuine place. I truly want to compliment this hotel for its excellent service recovery and sincere hospitality. I arrived at the hotel from KLIA1 using the complimentary shuttle bus arranged by the hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and explained the hotel facilities very clearly. The first impression was already wonderful. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even equipped with an iron , such a thoughtful detail, especially for frequent travelers like me. After a full day of flying, I was exhausted and hungry, and it was just around dinner time. So I went to the restaurant and ordered dinner along with a drink.However, after waiting for around 40 minutes, my food still had not arrived. I checked with the staff, only to find out that my order had never gone into the system. Honestly, I was upset at that moment. I was tired, hungry, and had already waited for quite a long time. I decided to cancel the order, and the staff were very apologetic. They even waived the charge for my drink. At that point, I simply did not want to wait any longer, so I returned to my room to rest. Then, around 45 minutes later, someone knocked on my door. It was one of the restaurant staff members. I regret not asking for his name. He was a very polite and gentle-looking gentleman, carrying a full dinner set to my room personally. He apologized repeatedly and said this was prepared as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I was honestly shocked and deeply touched. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels, including international five-star properties, but very few places handle mistakes with this level of sincerity and care. Great service is not about never making mistakes. It is about how a team responds when something goes wrong and whether the guest feels genuinely valued afterward. What touched me the most was knowing that the staff actually asked around to find my room number, just so they could personally deliver the meal to me. That kind of effort and sincerity cannot be taught easily. It made me feel truly cared for. Thank you to the entire team. What I will remember is not the mistake, but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality you showed afterward."

"This hotel is located around 15-20 mins drive to KLIA. Another option while having long transit for next flight. There is a lot of shops nearby but we did not try it since we just stay for a night and back to airport next morning."

"Stayed one night at Tune Hotel KLIA2 before an early flight. The hotel is directly connected to Gateway@KLIA2 Mall, offering plenty of shopping and dining options just a short walk away. The location is excellent, with easy access to both KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The nearby KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit stations also provide convenient connections to Kuala Lumpur city centre. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of food, making it easy to start the day before travelling. Overall, a practical and convenient airport hotel that offers great value for transit passengers and short stays."

"I used this hotel for a solo trip. My flight arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, so I opted for a hotel directly connected to the airport. It was easy to get to the city center, and I was very happy with the hotel – it offered good value for money. There's a complimentary buggy service that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (they're usually waiting, so you can just ask on the spot). The room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was fine, including water pressure and temperature. There are two power outlets on either side of the bed, so I could comfortably charge multiple devices overnight. The amenities provided were sufficient! As for food and drink, bottled water isn't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. (I think the water in the glass bottle is drinking water, but I'm unsure how long it had been there; the cap was dusty). I also used room service twice as it was inexpensive, delicious, and the portions were generous. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I'm considering staying here again if I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur."

"I stayed for a night during a layover, so here's a quick review. **Pros:** As a solo traveler, my top priorities are safety and cleanliness. This hotel was much newer than I expected. The sheets were spotless, and there was no odor in the bathroom, which I really appreciated. The location is a bit out of the way, near an industrial area, but it's only about a 15-minute taxi ride to KLIA, making it super convenient for early morning flights. Just a short walk downstairs, there are 24-hour Mamak stalls. I loved being able to grab some fried noodles late at night – it really gave me a taste of local Malaysian life. **Cons:** The soundproofing is genuinely poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and doors closing next door. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was also quite unstable; videos kept buffering, so I ended up using my own mobile data. Additionally, the hotel doesn't offer a free airport shuttle, so you have to pay for a taxi yourself (around 30 MYR). When you factor that into the room rate, the value for money isn't all that great. **Summary:** If you're not too picky and just need a clean place to sleep during a layover, this place is a solid choice. But if you're looking for a vacation vibe, you might want to look elsewhere."

"Staff : polite , friendly , respectful. Breakfast: variety. Local food with western style. Location: having speedmart 99 nearby, few local restaurants, mall nearby. 15/20mins to KLIA. Service: shuttle to KLIA. Best ! Room & amenities : room are clean, bathroom toiletries secure with the lock, feels safe to use, bed is comfortable , hard and soft type of pillows to choose , only the hairdryer suboptimal. Recommend to try this hotel."

"What I liked the most was the staff. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel very comfortable and truly welcomed I also want to give a special shoutout to Shoaib from the staff. He was very helpful, polite, and assisted us with several things with a big smile Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

"Used this hotel for a 12-hour daytime layover between arriving after a 15-hour flight in the early morning at Kuala Lumpur’s international terminal and departing from the same terminal in the late evening. This is a much more comfortable option than sitting around in the airside transit area and certainly much cheaper than paying to use a lounge, even if it does offer “free” drinks. Aerotel works very well, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only drag is having to go through the entire immigration, customs and security annoyance twice because Aerotel is located in a different terminal."

"The hotel is getting old especially the carpets in the room starting to have some smells. The furnitures also look outdated. The lobby and walk way is a bit hot and it’s not preferable especially in such a hot country. Worst part is the air cond in the room is not functioning well. Sometimes it is working fine but sometimes it doesn’t and it happen in the midnight which we felt no air cond at all. Receptionist asked why didn’t inform earlier and I told them it’s not a good idea during midnight when all my kids are sleeping. Good to have daily free chocolate session but many flies were spotted around the food, it happens to the breakfast buffet too. Good to have free shuttle to airport and Mitsui Outlet but the time is pretty limited and we are forced to spend extra money on grab car. One thing to note is that if you want to go some where from the hotel no matter how near it is, the starting rate for grab or taxi will be at least RM30 as the hotel is located in the airport zone. I think the hotel is best for those who need to join the exhibition at its convention centre."
