I chose this hotel near the airport because I had an international flight at 7 AM. As many reviews mentioned, the hygiene was excellent. There are a few restaurants around the hotel that are affordable and delicious. The front desk service was very attentive. When we checked in, we booked a car to the airport for 3:30 AM. It cost 45 MYR for three people, which was a reasonable price. The driver was waiting for us at the front desk well in advance, helped with our luggage, and drove very smoothly. We arrived at the airport in less than 20 minutes. The bathroom in the room was compact, similar to the integrated bathrooms often found in Japanese hotels. All in all, for me, a good night's sleep depends on good hygiene, and that's my main reason for recommending this hotel!

This hotel is an excellent choice if you are looking for comfortable accommodation while waiting for a transit flight. It is conveniently located just 12–15 minutes from the airport and provides a scheduled shuttle service to and from the airport. The vehicles were in excellent condition, making the transfer experience smooth and convenient. The hotel itself has a traditional style, so guests should not expect a modern or contemporary room. However, the rooms are well-equipped and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its location right next to the Grand Mosque is also a major advantage, particularly for Muslim travelers. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the food. We booked the half-board option, including breakfast and dinner, and were genuinely impressed by the exceptional variety, quality, and taste of the food. It was absolutely worth paying the additional charge for the meal plan. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would like to commend the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service, especially Mr. Nezam, Mr. Shaun, and Mr. Raja. Their professionalism and attentiveness made our experience even more pleasant.

I needed a place to rest during a layover in Kuala Lumpur, and this hotel is perfectly located on floors 1-2, 2M of Kuala Lumpur Airport Terminal 2, right next to the escalator. It's incredibly easy to find and super convenient for overnight transits, with clear signage so you don't have to wander around. ✅ Pros: The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very pleasant rest. It offers great value for money for a short layover. ❎ For me, the lack of a window in the room was a bit of a downside, making it feel a little stuffy. But then again, for a brief stopover, the value for money is still excellent~

the hotel look awesome from the outside but honestly their rooms look really old especially the television looks like 2000s version.. anyway their service really good and breakfast was amazing too thx…

I stayed at this hotel for the first night of my 4-day trip to Kuala Lumpur because it's close to the Pink Mosque. However, overall, the facilities and service barely met the minimum standards. 1. Perhaps locals are used to water heaters having a separate power switch, but as a first-timer in Malaysia, I clearly didn't know. After 2 minutes, the warm water turned cold, which was very unhelpful. 2. Breakfast was just passable. 3. This was the first time I've encountered an air conditioner's outdoor unit installed *inside* the room. As you can clearly see from the pictures, a corner was occupied by this noise source, and the noise was very noticeable when trying to sleep.

There were no unpleasant odors, making for a comfortable stay. Given its location within the airport's restricted area, this level of cleanliness was actually better than expected. 🤝 Service: 4/5 The front desk staff were efficient, which is crucial for transit passengers. Checking in late at night wasn't an issue; the whole process was smooth. Their service style was more efficiency-focused, but they were helpful with any inquiries. 🛏️ Facilities: 4/5 The in-room facilities cater primarily to basic rest needs. The space isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for a quick sleep and shower. Soundproofing was average; you could occasionally hear other travelers passing by. However, considering it's inside an airport, this is understandable. 📍 Location: 5/5 The location is arguably its biggest advantage. It's right inside KLIA Terminal 1's restricted area, eliminating the need to go through immigration, customs, and then travel back and forth. This is incredibly convenient for those with red-eye flights, long layovers, or early morning departures ✈️. 📝 Overall Impression This type of airport express hotel really caters to a specific need. If you're just looking for a place to shower and catch a few hours of sleep, it's perfectly sufficient. While it's not a luxurious stay, being able to rest directly within the restricted area genuinely saves a lot of energy. For long-haul travelers, its practicality is very high 👍.

Good location, needs improvement on service and cleanliness Stayed at Citadines Dpulze Cyberjaya mainly for the location and it delivered. Super convenient being connected to Dpulze Mall, and getting parking was easy. However, staff attitude was just so-so. Service felt a bit indifferent during check-in. Room cleanliness also needs improvement. A few areas looked like they were missed during housekeeping. Great for convenience and short business trips, but hope management can work on staff training and cleaning standards.

Had a wonderful staycation at Cyberview Resort & Spa in Cyberjaya! 🌿✨ The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you forget you’re just minutes away from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway. The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing. If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Looking forward to coming back again! 💚

My family and I stayed at Dash Box Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and we were really satisfied. The environment is clean and beautiful. The pool is also lovely and clean. The price was worth it. This will be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Cyberjaya.

Great location, directly connected to DPulze Mall with plenty of food and shopping options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and ideal for a short stay in Cyberjaya.
