Convenient location, spacious room. But check-in and check-out times are not the best and you have to pay for every hour if want another time of check-in-out

Provista Hotel is a converted OfficeTel complex, with spacious rooms and good city views. The location is excellent - a short distance from the metro station and walking distance to Gangnam nightlife. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

Location is a straight walk from the subway station. CU nearby, same building as a medical facility. Quite spacious room, more apartment style than hotel. Counter staff very friendly, was trying his best to help us book transport to the airport as we were running late. Good service from staff! Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided. Bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel , decent price, clean room

I stayed here for two nights in May 2025. It's a 7-minute walk from the University of Education subway station, so it's a good location with access to lines 2 and 3. However, it's quite a walk from the hotel to the station platform. Line 3 in particular was farther than I expected. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, but I think there were almost no shops open late at night. The room was a "standard double", but it was originally a one-room apartment, so it even had a loft and was incredibly spacious. Thanks to that, I was able to spread my suitcase out on the floor with ease. The floor was fairly clean. There was even a sink and a washing machine. It would have been better if there was a microwave. It was a proper hotel, but the building itself seemed a little old. The shower and toilet were separate. There was a washlet, but you couldn't flush paper. Also, there were only Korean outlets and no safe.

I decided to travel only a month before and other hotels in the area were very expensive, so I decided on this hotel based on price and location. The room was very spacious for a solo traveler and was comfortable and not particularly inconvenient. In fact, it was nice that the room didn't get blocked even when I spread out my luggage! As other people's reviews say, the clinic is on the lower floors, so patients sometimes shared the elevator with me, but I didn't mind it that much. I would like to use it again.

The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were very kind! There were restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient.

I stayed for one night. As mentioned in the review, the gas machine was new and I had some trouble getting hot water, but it was spacious and comfortable. It was a shame that some of the amenities were used, but otherwise there were no issues.

I saw a photo of a futon laid out in the loft, so I thought there would be a futon there, but perhaps because we were two people, there was no futon. However, the room was spacious and there was a bed, dining table, and a small kitchen, so it was very comfortable to stay in! ! The room was close to the elevator, but there was almost no noise from the hallway, so I was able to sleep comfortably at night. When I checked in, the front desk asked me, "Do you understand Korean?" and when I answered, "A little," he spoke politely and slowly, mixing Korean and English, which was very kind! ! His smile was also wonderful! ! ! It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the express bus stops nearby, so it may be convenient for those who travel by bus. The room had an ondol, and although it was still cold outside at night, it was warm in the room. The nearest convenience store is about a 3-minute walk away. You can flush paper in the toilet! Slippers are available! The shower was a little high! The building seems a little old, but overall it was good! I would like to use this hotel again! !

Maybe the manager remembered me because I stay here every month, and prepared a very spacious room with a big refrigerator for me!! And he even prepared a separate microwave, so I'm really grateful!! I really love this inn!
