It is a motel and cleanliness is very poor. Since it is a smoking building, the smell of cigarette smoke came from the hallways of the building and seeped into the rooms, causing the child to keep coughing. It seemed like bugs and mosquitoes were coming in from the bathroom, so I closed the door and the stench was unbelievable. I'm sorry that I paid by mistake 40 minutes after adding a single bed to the queen bed. I repeatedly asked to cancel, but they said no, so I was blindsided by the thought of staying for 3 nights and 4 days. I thought it was kind of you to upgrade my room after sleeping with my two children for one night. When I tried to put away the pillows, there were several hairs on the sheets, lipstick marks on the pillow covers, and blood stains on the sheets. The pillows smelled sour and the floor was so dirty. I had to put it down and sleep. When I asked why F Killa was provided, there were so many mosquitoes and flying insects on the wall. There were a lot of dead ones and a lot of them just stuck.. How did I sleep all night? ㅜㅜ When I was told there was no refund the next day, I gave up the 2-night fee and paid for 2 nights at another hotel. I was really angry, so I sent the photos to Trip.com and they gave me a refund for one day for the cheapest weekday date. Thank you for doing that.

It's just a love hotel, and there are other hotels like this around. Don't go here.
