Because the reservation was late, I only booked a room for one night. From arrival to the retirement room, the concierge and front desk staff were very professional and there was no problem communicating in English. The front desk staff, Ben, was very nice. The next day, the hotel was full and I had to change to another hotel. There was a demonstration in Gangnam District (a political event), so I didn't have any transportation, but in the end, the front desk staff was very patient and helped me find transportation. Highly recommended. Next to Hyundai Department Store, it is very convenient to go to the airport. I will choose to stay here next time I go to Korea.

언제가든 조용하고 안정적인 서비스와 친절함이 마음에 드는 곳입니다. 처음 이용해본 피트니스도 시설이 좋아서 기분좋게 운동했고 침구도 편안했고 소음도 없어서 편히 잘지냈어요. 조식도 너무 붐비지 않으면서도 맛있어서 적당하게 잘 먹었습니다.
다만 언제나 생각하지만 샤워실 대리석은 예쁘지만 그만큼 미끄럽기도 해서 씻을때 긴장하게 됩니다. 이점만큼은 고쳐질 수 있다면 좋겠지만 쉽지 않을 것 같아 아쉽네요.
