Good / Positive👍👌👍👌👍 Hotel location is very convenience. From Incheon Terminal 1, Airport Bus#6006 stops @Riveira Hotel. Just 5min walk to Lavita Hotel on the opposite side of this bus stop. Moving around is convenient as there is a Metro connection nearby (CheongDam Station #Line7) The room was nicely furnished with basic utility. Negative 👎 Only bed was hard, pillow too soft. Requested & was given additional 1pc pillow for my comfort.

Good location, the bus was right in front of the hotel. The river promenade is about 10min walking, great for a morning run or a romantic walk. Many places to eat near the hotel. Recommended!

Good hotel for the money, close to COAX

It was very conveniently located near the subway exit and the bus stop.

The overall feeling is that it is very quiet, because the windows are double-layered, and it is also very convenient to travel, and there is a subway entrance outside. I stay here every time I come.

It's close to Cheongdam-dong station. The size of the room, the bed, the coffee pot, everything was good, but there was one thing! There was a gap in the door between the bathroom and the toilet, so the toilet floor was flooded. I tried to take a shower in a small space, but it was no good. Other than that, there were no problems, and it's one of the hotels I'll stay at again. This is my second time.

It was conveniently located and the room was clean. I would like to use it again. I was able to stay there with peace of mind.

This hotel can be found using Google Map, just search for the hotel name. If you don’t have too much luggage, go up the stairs from Exit 14 of Cheongdam Station and you will see the hotel immediately. But if you have luggage and choose the escalator and don’t want to carry too much weight, it would be a better choice to take the escalator at Exit 7. But you still have to walk with your luggage for about 5 to 8 minutes to reach the hotel. The person at the front desk who checked me in the first night was great! Because I stayed for two consecutive nights, I went out the next morning and came back to find that the toilet paper was not replenished and the room was completely empty. There was no water bottle service provided. There is still room for improvement in housekeeping.

I didn't find blood stains on the bed sheets until the fourth day of my stay! Fortunately, I brought a disposable bed cover... The front desk staff were all very nice and the service was fine! I borrowed it several times🌂
