The rooms are very small, the linen seemed stale and smelled musty, the towels were completely unusable, there was mold on the ceiling and door in the bathroom.
It might be fine for a one-night stay, but we stayed for two weeks. During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned, we had to clean up the trash ourselves.
Pros: location, free coffee and jam in the shared kitchen, and washing machines on the third floor.

There were several garbage bags next to the entrance door, which was a bit of a disappointment at first.
Also, the bathroom area was not well cleaned. The room looked fine at first glance, but I think it was a good idea to bring our own slippers.
There were towels and a hair dryer that could be used, which was convenient.
Check-in and check-out were done by machine, but in our case there were some things we had to make inquiries by phone, and a Korean friend who has a Korean phone number made inquiries in Korean for us, which was helpful, but I think it may be inconvenient if you're staying alone with Japanese people.

Few minutes away from train station. Very basic amenities. The place is bit rundown. Toilet was moldy and smell unpleasant too.

I arrived in the evening but there was no staff there.
I had family overseas so they communicated over the phone in English
I was able to get into my room, but the moldy smell was so strong I couldn't stand it so I went to a spa in Dongdaemun.
When I returned home late at night, some men who looked like the owner were repairing the room lock, so I asked to change rooms because the smell was so strong. They did, and I was free from the moldy smell.
The rooms after that didn't smell bad so I was able to stay until the end.
I never saw any staff.
All communication was by phone.
I've been to Korea dozens of times but this is the first time I've seen a place like this.
