Even though I apologized to you on that day and immediately informed you that I would provide you with new bedding along with all the sheets, you said you did not want to stay any longer and asked me to cancel, so I refunded the full amount. However, you are the one who booked the hotel again, and at your request, we did our best to help you check the condition of all the rooms with our staff to make sure that they met your needs, and after your consent, you were able to stay. Even though you agreed and decided, you left this message. And it is clearly your fault to leave a malicious review with false information such as paying money that was never charged.
