Everything was perfect except from the fact that the air conditioning wasn’t working. At this class of a hotel with glass wall this is unacceptable. The room became a hot box.

入住幾次了，很喜歡這家酒店。交通便利，打車方便，離汝矣島現代百貨很近。酒店很新，房間設備齊全，乾淨衞生。工作人員的服務態度都很好，辦理入住和退房手續也很快。風景很好，個人推薦江景房，可以看到漢江大橋

In a word, this is the best hotel. They changed my room to a river view room at short notice and it was spacious and clean. I would like to use it again next time.

住了4晚，第4晚浴室花灑系統開關有問題，一開水所有花灑一齊打開，包括天花的，而且水溫不穩，時冷時熱，由於住到最後一晚才這樣，就算了。酒店位置較為偏遠，不過門口有巴士站，而地鐵站要走8分鐘左右，附近都有食店，但晚上10:00後想搵食就點難。
