We went for our child to enter the pool, only half an hour in 4 days. The temperature of the pool is 27 degrees next to us, but it is cold, not suitable for children, other facilities are good

Cannot fault our stay at all. Plenty of things for the children to do. 3 pools. 1 is a quiet pool which was great for my asd daughters although we loved the main pool with its music and different entertainment during the day. We had a garden room which was central to the pools and private beach, a 1 minute walk to each. The hotel is clean. A great variety of food at all meal times. Staff helpful and friendly. Different entertainment each evening. Great play area for children and a kids club. The grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful. Very happy with our holiday. A week wasn't long enough

Nestled between the mountains and the sea, this hotel boasts a beautiful sandy beach and a stunning location. The property features a main building along with several bungalows, each offering either garden or sea views. The rooms in the main building provide either direct or partial sea views, making it a picturesque retreat. Conveniently situated between Selçuk and Kuşadası, guests can easily explore both towns via an 85 TL dolmuş ride. Upon our arrival, which was quite early due to a midnight flight, I guess despite the availability of empty rooms, we would need to wait until noon for check-in. The room itself was adequately sized and included a balcony; however, the minibar was limited to just water and Coca-Cola, which were replenished daily. While the hotel has great potential, several areas need attention to enhance the guest experience: 1. Cleanliness: Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue throughout the hotel. Litter was commonly found on the ground, with cigarette butts and leftover food items scattered about. There seemed to be a lack of staff attention to maintaining cleanliness. Additionally, the men's restroom facilities were frequently out of water and carried an unpleasant odor. 2. Bar and Beverage Quality: The hotel features three bars located in the lobby, by the pool, and on the beach. However, the bartenders appeared to be amateurs with little knowledge of basic bartending principles. The quality of drinks served was subpar; they tasted mostly like water despite having various names and colors!!! It is crucial to improve the quality of beverages offered to guests. 3. Animation Team: The animation team struggled with punctuality, as many scheduled activities were either delayed or canceled without notice. Evening entertainment was limited to two repetitive guitar singers. During live music performances, the atmosphere was disrupted by loud conversations from guests watching TV or playing billiards in the lobby area. 4. Guest Behavior: The presence of children running around and making noise throughout the hotel detracted from the overall experience. Groups of young football players frequently entered the hotel, creating a chaotic environment that disrupted the peace. 5. Restaurant Experience: The quality of food served in the restaurant was mediocre at best. Leftover items were often reused in subsequent meals with minimal changes, including salads and vegetables. Apart from the delicious San Sebastián cheesecake at dessert, most desserts did not meet expectations. If I were the hotel manager, here are my recommendations for improvement: • Hire more professional staff for the bar to enhance service quality. • Prioritize improving drink quality above all else. • Separate the television and billiard areas from the lobby to create a more serene environment. • Implement regular checks and cleaning of restrooms every hour. • Designate a specific area for young football players to minimize disruption. • Offe

The Hotel was a mixed bag. We were a group of 6 and all of us got stomach upsets. 5 were really bad after eating grilled chicken throwing up and diarrhoea. The cook was wearing gloves but was handling uncooked and cooked chicken also scooping out ice cream whilst dripping oil from chicken. We reported this to reception but they weren’t interested The drinks were poor quality especially the morning orange, apple and fruit juices which were so weak all fortnight we gave up and made our own orange juice from whole oranges. The beer, fanter, sprite and cola were good but the wines red white and rose were awful. The spirits Gin Whiskey raki and vodka were just about ok to mix. The beach was dirty and so were the sun beds many were falling apart. The pool was good though clean and comfortable with plenty of good sun beds and umbrellas. The evening entertainment was ok with a singer at the beach bar then a live show at the stage. All of the sports equipment was so worn it was almost unusable. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly but some looked lost and miserable. The rooms were large and comfortable apart from the clothes storage which was tiny. You couldn’t even hang shirts and dresses as it was so narrow they constantly fell off the hangers and you were unable to close the doors. It wasn’t a cheap holiday but it felt like everything was done on a low budget.

I went there with my family,it was the best vacation of my life!I didn’t wanna leave at all,felt like a second home to me.Everything was as I expected.The place,the hotel,the room,the food,the spa,the activities,the music,the amphitheater,the animation team.Everything was perfect!I met a few people there who really made my vacation much better(especially from the animation team),such as Jiji,Yaya and the DJ(I never knew his name,I dont think it was mentioned).The atmosphere was so chill and fun at the same time.I really had so much fun and forgot about every worry of mine.This experience really made me realise how beautiful life really is,and I hope other people feel like this too.I hope I will get to visit again!

everyone is very nice and friendly. Fethiye is very cute and has great communication skills with children. She is a perfect person. Evening shows are good and entertaining. Food was good and cleaning was good. Next year we wanna come back again . Thank you for everything Richmond ephesus

The holiday was perfect from beginning to end. Right by the sea, hotel is clean and the staff work so hard. Nothing is any trouble but this due to the absolutely wonderful staff that work here. Hams and BB so we called them are the most lovely people you will ever meet ( massage parlour) nothing is to much trouble, they are friendly and will go out of there way to help you. This is why this hotel is wonderful due to people like this. Barbie is a treasure a lovely bubbly young girl that gives you a lovely greeting every day... Chicco on water sports is brilliant happy go lucky and so funny. I wonderful stay and we are planning a return...fabulous staff and a big thank you to the ones I've mentioned. Much love.
