nice place to stay in the middle of the city! Their swimming pool has a very beautiful view and i can see mount rinjani from there too. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean but maybe the food need to be upgrade for variatif menu. overall very recommended!

Nice hotel reception very friendly. Only problem is in the restaurant nobody speaks English. They require English staff.

The soundproofing of the hotel room is very poor, and you can hear people talking in the corridor. There was a Pool Party held from 11pm to 1am on December 31st. It was very noisy and could be heard in the room. Wearing headphones was completely ineffective. Called front desk and ignored. The hotel bath towels are rough.
