The basics are there, but with a lot of room for improvements. The rooms soundproofing are awful. We can hear the neighbours shower. We can hear the ambience music in the corridor (btw, whose idea is it to play LOUD ambience music in the corridor?). We can hear the people who are hear for a corporate event. The breakfast was decent for the price paid. The shower took a while to heat up. And no tissues were provided. The only thing we commend is the international socket that came in real handy. Overall an average stay.

I do recommend you guys for this hotel especially for muslims. Clean enough, the cafe also very nice i love the enviroment of the hotel ya.smell good.and the staff ohoo so friendly, kind and goodlooking. i'm so touch with their housekeeping 5days stayed there my room always clean they also helped me fold my clothes LOL. overall I LOVE IT!

The wrong pictures of the room, so I've got that I didn't expect. Breakfast is okay, no coffee machine

Excellent breakfast(changing daily and better than pricier hotels in the area), basic amenities but rooms are clean and calm. Functional AC and decent wifi. Excellent location with convenient stores and supermarket facing the hotel. Will definitely book again there!

Great location near Islamic Center. Room size is standard with quite small free space, but the bed is comfort. It will be better if the room is refurbished and getting more cleaned

Hotel is at the city. However, go everywhere need take grab. Quite far to Epicentrum mall mataram. Overall, hotel is ok according to the price we paid. Thank you
