Nice and big room. I regret that I should book King room view instead. Room with view not nice. It is OK. Will book it again. It is very convenient to go shopping and watch movies.

This is a fantastic hotel. Very comfortable, clean and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets, friendly customers service. The only thing is the hotel lift, long wait especially in the morning checkout

Clean hotel with nice pool. Service to request water was slow and breakfast could be better. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

The room is very spacious and most importantly, very clean. The sofa is very comfy and you can enjoy your supper while watching the TV. The shower area is spacious and well equipped as well. It is directly linked to Paradigm mall but do note that the door in the mall will close at 10pm and you will have to go out of the mall in order to go back to the hotel.

Nice and clean room, good size too. Towels, toothpaste/ toothbrush etc all provided. But the mini bar was very sparse. In the end, location can't be beat, with the mall just downstairs.

2nd time here. The room is still clean and nice. Aircon is a little bit annoying. Very hard to toggle between 23 and 24 degrees. 24 would feel warm especially at night. The warm water also a little hard to adjust. Bed is comfy, tv working, got iron and everything great. Location linked to mall. Great. I woke up late on the 2nd day and forgot to put the do not disturb sign. Only left around 1.30pm. Came back around 7pm and my room was not done. :( But it's ok. Overall, still a good stay.

Attached to the mall, very convenient. big and clean. However a bit on pricey side. Can refill water for free at reception.

Hyatt Place was a nice place to stay in JB. It is located in Paradigm mall and there is an entrance to access the hotel (note: 10am-10pm only). The staff was friendly when e check in and the hotel room is nice and clean overlooking the highway with no obstruction. Would definitely visit here again.

Great hotel and good service best in Johor. Hyatt for the win! Good gym small but it is 24/7

Happy with the cleanliness of the room. The room was spacious. Very welcoming at the receptionist. Breakfast buffet was just okay. The star of the breakfast buffet were the fresh squeezed orange juice machine, honey comb, and good kimchi. Really happy that we received complimentary slice cake as it was my husband’s birthday. Only wished that they have bell boy at the lobby and clear sign where we should head to parking from lobby. Had to ask the guard. Parking at level 6.

Great location, connected to Paradigm Mall. Easy and convenient access with good selection of F&B, and activities.

A very pleasant stay. Will be one of my key hotel choices for my next trip in Johor Bahru.

This is my first time try out this hotel in JB, quite nice, only thing is the view. They did give me high floor no corner room. But the viewing really not good. See all roof top..😢😮(pic show) I booked it Aug 3months ago. They told me full book😱 8Nov2024 my chk-in date. Nvm next time I will put on my request "nice view"😅

Overall it was good experience. Easy to excess to the mall. The room is quite spacious only that the tv channel not much choices. Must change tv to smart tv or android so guest can access to youtube and everyone will be happy. Hehehe.
