I've been to many hotels for staycation, but Hyatt Place will always be my number one favourite/preferred hotel to stay. It's a brand new hotel, but the customer service is fantastic because the staff takes pride in executing attention to details such as birthdays and anniversary dates. We were quite disappointed last year towards the end of the year when there were no rooms available to check -in although we tried to book one month in advance!! I really love the customer experience that Hyatt Place have to offer. I've tried the breakfast, iftar and sahur menu, to which I really love it. Kudos to the Chef and his culinary team. In terms of facility and faculty, I believe that it can be improved, especially if could provide perhaps an in-house spa or sauna experience. Other than that, I love the outdoor swimming pool setting. It's spacious as well as well maintained. I feel safe and secured because of the security team and system implemented, only that the side entrance which leads to Paradigm Mall should be accessible for guests after midnight (at least) especially for late night movie goers. Overall, Hyatt Place has delivered it's promise of an unforgettable customer experience. Would I recommend Hyatt Place to my family and friends, that's a definite yes in capital letters!!

Very clean and modern hotel. Located right next to the mall, which was nice to walk around. The staff were friendly too.

This hotel has always been my favourite. Easy access to mall and got spoilt for choices of food and clothing. Been regularly to this hotel. Best services And clean room. Love it so much.

Stayed at the hotel last year in Oct and had a pleasant experience. Decided to invite my family this time round. Rooms were cleaned quite late. We left hotel at 9am but at 4pm rooms were still not cleaned :( the pool was also under renovation and we could not check in early like last time. Guess they were too occupied :( they also got the birthday man’s name wrong! My SIL’s name was typed out on the card instead. Oops! Overall the hotel is much nicer and newer as compared to most hotels in JB so that was a plus point!

It was such a pleasure stay at Hyatt Place Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall. The location is very convenient, easy access to mall with food/shopping and children playground. The staff was very friendly also. The room is clean, the swimming pool is entertaining. Such a perfect place for family short getaway.

This is our 2nd stay and of cos its not a disappointment. It was last minute and we manage to book the room. Hotel is just above paradigm mall, easy access to the mall, to the carpark. Concierge team was also friendly. I am coming back again but this time, going to stay more night.

One of the best hotel in jb.near to mall where there are plenty of food restaurant and shopping places😁😁.also have a beautiful view of the mountain.

my stay at the hyatt regency was excellent. the service was top notch, with staff promptly addressing my request for a baby cot. it was subject to availability, and i didn’t even need to follow up. it was delivered to our room shortly after. the room itself was clean and comfortable. the location was convenient, although the shops at paradigm mall are not as upscale as those at midvalley southkey, but there’s still a good variety of options. the breakfast spread was on the smaller side, but it was still adequate. i hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. overall, a great stay!

This is my second time staying here and I’m still convinced it’s one of the best options for a staycation in JB. 1. Location and amenities around the hotel are great, there’s lots of food, shopping and entertainment options close by. 2. The rooms are very spacious, cleanliness is on point too. 3. The service and attitude of the service staff is very pleasant Book with a peace of mind!

Great location. Located at paradigm mall. Hotel is pretty new and clean. Only downside was the wifi was pretty bad.

Stayed 2D1N a week before the ***** chinese new year break. Parking was ample. Location was easy to find. The king deluxe room we got was on high floor. Check in was 3pm and checkout at 12pm (thanks!). Room was huge for 2, spacious and clean. Loved that the room had a lounge sofa. Reception staff was so polite & friendly. She offered to fill my bottle when she saw that I mistook the ice dispenser for water dispenser. Parking redemption at the reception was hassle free too w our touch n go card. Would definitely stay here again! Book via ShopBack & got cashback too.

The over rated 4 star hotel, the bathrobes not provided after I called the front desk to confirm that. The welcome message from the TV screen is addressed to wrong person name. The breakfast variety is little but have the good Italian coffee bean which is good.
