However, the service process needs to be improved. After ordering lunch, I received a call from the airline company saying that the flight was four hours earlier in the evening and asked to cancel the lunch order or pack it up. As a result, I was told that I couldn’t cancel it. In the end, I couldn’t pack it up because there was no fast food box, so I had to give up. In this matter, the hotel only collected money and didn’t deal with the aftermath. This shows that the hotel process is not perfect.
