I absolutely loved my hotel room. The view was beautiful and it was so close to all the attractions I wanted to see. I walked to pike place market, space needle, the aquarium and more. The only thing that threw me off at check-in was the $375 security deposit they asked for… this should be stated before arrival to atleast give guests a heads up, as a tourist that’s a huge unexpected ask considering you have already paid over £1k for the room. Apart from that my stay was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. If I come to Seattle again I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seattle, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel’s fitness center and indoor pool were also excellent, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and spacious lobby, where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The 24-hour Pavilion Pantry® was very convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks at any time.
Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location made my stay truly enjoyable.

They didn't do housekeeping the next day, so they didn't remove the used towels, and even when I asked for them, they didn't bring them. I called twice to ask for them, and they finally got them. They didn't collect the towels that were used when I brought them to them.
There was an employee at the counter who did not give a detailed explanation, and when I asked them to add one breakfast voucher in addition to the two, they said no, so I asked another employee again and they said it was possible and I was able to get a detailed explanation.

Stayed here for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features.
Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio.

The service staff of the hotel are very good. The lobby is warmly decorated and feels like home. The room is large and comfortable, but the bathroom is older. It is very close to Pike Place Market and is very convenient.

Loved the hotel, the room, the amenities, the location, and the terrace! A bit pricey, but highly recommended. I’d definitely stay here again when in Seattle!

Good location, walking distance from the pike place of the ferry wheel of the food terminal. But parking is expensive. Hotel staff will recommend parking in the public car park opposite. But remember to put the paid receipt in the front window of the car, otherwise it will be a ticket for unpaid.

The bed was too soft and saggy. Req for a foam pillow was forgotten. Bedroom slippers and kettle were not provided unless asked. 1 lift was down during our stay, housekeeping staff were using the only available guest lift. Stench from housing keeping trash filled the lift.
Modern room, good location, poor water pressure. Toilet amenities were very medicore for the price. Hotel was willing to store my parcel prior to arrival. Airport transfer booked was prompt. Car valet was slow and very expensive.

Location: It is within walking distance of Pike Market and 2-3 blocks from Amazon Sphere, so if you are visiting Seattle for the first time and want to do some sightseeing, the location is not bad. However, as with most downtown areas in the US, there are homeless people and drug ******* all over the streets. In fact, during my stay, my car alarm went off late at night, so I looked down at my window and saw someone breaking my window and stealing my stuff. On the (same) way out to breakfast, I saw a large construction worker fighting with a homeless person/addict who was trying to break someone's car with a rock. I think it can be quite intimidating for women or first-time visitors to the US. If you are traveling by car, do not park on the street anywhere in downtown Seattle. Don't feel bad about paying $35-50 per day for hotel valet or parking.
Hotel:
It is just a regular 3-star hotel, but there are no indoor slippers that hotels usually provide. It's not easy to bring slippers to your room while traveling, but there are unnecessary game facilities in the hotel lobby and a cost-saving element of cleaning/maid service every other day, so there are no amenities that guests really need, such as indoor slippers or electric pots.
Cleanliness:
The bedding and towels are just average... I can't say they're dirty, but they feel like they're a bit old.
The room I stayed in was on the dark side, but I could see some dust, so I thought there might be some dust in a bright environment.
Service:
- I arrived at 2:50 and tried to check in, but they had to wait until 3:00 to finish cleaning and gave me a room that smelled like chlorine-based cleaning chemicals. The staff didn't have uniforms and their attitudes and attitudes towards work were unstable. I paid my room fee in advance through Trip.com, but when I asked if I had to pay a security pre-authorize deposit (a prepayment for security?) equal to the room fee, they said they didn't know and paid it, saying that was how it was supposed to be. By the way, the check-in PIN number provided by Trip.com is not asked for and there is no answer even if you tell them.
- The room cleaning service is not provided daily... It is not a big inconvenience if you stay for only one day because it is cleaned every other day, but it starts to become uncomfortable if you stay for 3 nights and 4 days. I called the front desk because I needed a new towel, but they didn't answer after 4 attempts, so I just used the towel I had for exercising.
- Water is provided in a 1-liter aluminum can in the room for free, but after that, you have to go to the water fountain in the lobby on the first floor and refill it yourself. In my case, my housemate and I both have our own 1-liter water bottles, so it wasn't that inconvenient, but I thought it would be inconvenient for 2 people with a 1-liter water bottle. If you eat in the room without a separate drink, it seems like it would be difficult to drink 1 liter.
- Check-out: I checked in early at 6:00 because I had to return the rental car (at 7), but when I told them my room number, they didn't know who I was. When I asked for my name, I told them, and they searched for it on the computer, and then they told me another person's name and asked if it was me... They asked me to show them my ID, so I gave them my ID... It felt like they were registering a new one only then... When I received the invoice and told them that I was a bit worried about their work, they suddenly made excuses saying that they had booked through Trip.com... They talked about it. After about 30 minutes, I checked out and left for the airport in a hurry.
Facilities:
It's a bit worse than a typical 3-star hotel. There are air hockey and board games in the lobby. It probably won't mean much to Korean travelers, but there's a water fountain so you can refill your water. The biggest advantage is that it's a garage-type parking lot with a barrier that makes it difficult for outsiders to access. This probably won't mean much if you don't have a rental car.
If you're staying for 1 or 2 nights, or for a business trip or a short trip, it's probably okay, but I think it'll be uncomfortable/unsettling after 3 nights when you're done with sightseeing nearby. Personal

The hotel is located in the urban area, more than 10 minutes' walk from the Starbucks Reserve store. The entrance to Highway 5 is nearby, making it convenient for self-driving. The room is large and suitable for family travel, with a microwave and refrigerator. Because it's close to the highway, it's a bit noisy outside at night.

CCHONGThe Ace hotel has never been disappointing. I have lived in NYC before and now come to Seattle to decide whether to choose this one. Breakfast is not bad, homemade waffles are very interesting. 10 minutes walk from Pike Market.

GGuest UserGot a great last minute deal at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed sipping wine overlooking the water on a comfy couch by the lobby. Our room was small with a city view but clean and cozy. Only criticism is that we put out our order for breakfast the night before and it never came so we had to call room service twice and ended up giving them a phone order because no one ever came to the door to get the order slip. Overall wonderful place to stay and you can walk to everything.

GGuest UserI thought it would be very ordinary, but the stay felt very good. The first is that the decoration is relatively new, there are heating, microwave ovens, coffee machines in the room. Secondly, the room is good and there are no obvious stains. And the staff at the counter are very friendly.

GGuest User1 ⃣️ breakfast, according to the United States here, the public came early. #东西 is quite complete, can eat enough ~ environment can still 2⃣️ The location of the hotel is very convenient. In the urban area, it is very convenient to go out and buy something to go shopping. It is very convenient from several urban attractions in Seattle. (Note: Foreigners are hardly living in urban areas, especially in the evenings, more tramps, girls go out to pay attention to safety) 3⃣️Transportation: Several scenic spots can be reached by walking for one or two kilometers. English is good. It is economical to take bus and light rail to go anywhere. English almost used Uber ~ convenient. 4 ⃣️ hotel provides parking, but I don't know if parking charges are not. Last reminder: When setting the hotel, calculate the time difference in China, try to book the Chinese working day. When I set it, China is early in the morning, Ctrip’s staff has not yet gone to work, and the United States cannot find my check-in information. , delayed for a long time ~ but eventually managed to stay.

AAnonymous UserGood location, walk to the Parker market for about ten minutes. The price is the cheapest near here. The room was clean and tidy, but small, the sound insulation effect was average, if you live on the side of the street, you will hear the sound and vibration of the car passing by. And the air conditioner is a window machine, the effect is very good, but the noise is quite big. This is a common problem in American hotels. If you want to be quiet, there is a room that requires the back street, no air conditioning. The hotel does not have a restaurant, you can order takeaway for dinner, and there is a 7-11 for two or three minutes to walk nearby.
